It's a dream machine. Nice move Ga, re-rolling tubes I got from you are a great help especially the half dollars. I keep tipping mine over, in close quarters

Yeah... this is really nice. Still has its issues, but its way better than my original machine. Let me know what the bank did.

So another cool option with the ams is if u input multiple spool locations with same exact color/type so machine knows its the same filament it will automaticlly switch to the next spool once one runs out.

Thats actually a great idea and something I wouldn't have thought of. Will need to try it out as I have a spool of white and a spool of black that are getting low.

Its pretty amazing indeed. For the price this is probably one of the best units you can get as a hobbyist. They have cheaper single color machines that are equally nice, but to get into multi-color, this is tough to beat.

Regarding Color Luffy, So you broke it up into the 8 pieces and chose corresponding colors and printed on how many plates? or did you Object print on same plate or both? Love that print but like your colors more!!! nice job

The design was on printables.com and came as a fully built figure as well as already broken into pieces. I painted each piece in the slicer and printed them with the desired colors with the printer swapping out the colors throughout the print. I printed 4 torsos at .16 high quality yesterday and it took 22 hours and wasted like 150-200g of materials across the 4 colors. When you do multicolor you really need to make multiples at once to reduce the build to waste ratio. The head was by far the worst though. Tons of waste and several tries to build it at the right angle to minimize supports and not leave damage taking off supports.

I hope you enjoy it. I was glad I was able to just pick it up locally and I got the 10% off deal through microcenter. I know that Bambu Labs has something going on where you can earn free gift cards that a lot of people have used to buy printers or filament. I was reading about it over the weekend, but haven't had a chance to really dig into that possibility yet.

Hey GASH. I have the Bambu X1C it’s a bit larger and uses more various materials, great product. If you have any questions or ever want anything printed I’d be happy to send something your way

If you ever have a reason to upgrade, the X1C doesn’t require any setup besides calibration

Appreciate your offer. Not looking to upgrade anytime soon because this thing is already far exceeding my needs.

Nice vid, you will hardly ever use your Ender 3 again. You will force yourself at first to use it but the Bambu will make nicer AND faster prints and you will stop making excuses to use the Ender. I did the same with my prusa, predator, mini delta AND Dlp Resin machines. Ugg but WOW at the same time.....

I already agree with you. I am forcing myself to come up with ideas to print on the ender. :-). I will probably end up donating it to the middle school or elementary school in the fall.
