We just need a 2 bedroom 2 bath single story.
All 3 of our children are with the Lord, so it’s just my wife and I.
The extra bedroom will be for guests and an office space.
Trex is the way to go with decks.
We have Trex for our decks and they’ve held up very well. It still looks like new after all these years.

Love log cabin homes but it's lacking interior decor.someone does poor housekeeping.

The “trolly” as you called it is called a “Dumb Waiter”.
A lot of older homes had them on the interior in the kitchen to get food and drinks upstairs d so o items wouldn’t spill when trying to walk upstairs.
Other people used them in different rooms to put laundry on so after washing clothes they could put them on the Dumb Waiter and take it upstairs.

I’ve heard Pennofin is not too good since it contains wax it won’t last.
