Jason has made a cameo here and there, he voiced Mighty in my updated version of Sonic Mania Adventures, and I included a few of his lines in the final part of Sonic Generations during the end credits sequence. As far as doing a game during the "4Kids" era, I'm not sure about that one. I tried doing 2005 Shadow, but that didn't work out very well...
