I used some of the pipe notes from the video if you don't mind I created a pc version of the zampogna where you use keys 1-6 to play. I'll upload a video with link to all my bagpipe games including the zampogna one. a tunisian mezoued, italian zampogna, and 2 versions of scottish bagpipes. all my bagpipe games come with a extra playable background music sound, a base drum, tenor drum, and snare drum all playable percussion.
yeah or just press shift to play the drone sound (in the background) and play the notes sounds when you press keys 1-6 and press enter to stop playing.

Except with the zampogna you have two chanters, so you should try to make the program with two separate pipes you can play together.
