CHAZAA WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Rice vermicelli 250 gm
Coconut milk powder 1 cup
Roasted gram flour 3 tbsp
Boneless chicken cubes 1 cup
Onion finely sliced 2
Tomatoes chopped 3
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Chili powder 1 ½ tbsp
Cumin roasted and crushed 1 ½ tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
METHOD :
In a pan, heat oil, fry the onions till light golden, add sliced tomatoes with half cup water, cook till oil comes on top, add in chicken with all the spices, mix well, cook till chicken is tender, add ¼ cup water if required, when the curry is ready add in soaked vermicelli, add in dissolved coconut milk, water and mix well, mix in the roasted gram flour well, add in hot water nearly 8 cups to the curry, stir well, let the curry cook for 15 mins, garnish with fresh coriander, serve hot with fresh lemon, crushed red chilies, and sprinkle with fried garlic.
ZAFRANI TANDOORI CHICKEN WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Chicken (16 pcs) 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
Green chilies grinded 4
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Allspice 1 tsp
Safran a pinch
hot milk 2 tbsp
Yellow color a pinch
Cheese 1 cube
Cashew nuts grounded 1 tbsp
Brown onion grounded 2 tbsp
METHOD :
Blend all the ingredients together to a fine paste, apply on chicken, leave it for 2 hours, cook in a wok or bake in the oven till done, give dum of coal, serve hot with green chatni and butter garlic nan.
