Try opening Rd for annual payments such as LIC, term insurance, health insurance etc..Make the payment using credit card and pay the cc bill once the rd gets matured. This needs lot of planning. Buy this way you get 2 additional income 1 interest on RD and reward points from CC.

Invest in tax saving mutual fund that includes lock in period, LIC, PPF that covers under 80C. Even thangamagal semippu thittam also comes under 80C. Other that that HRA allowance. FD income is not tax saver

We are planning to sell that and construct a new one in coimbatore since we are planning to settle here. Whether this plan is ok or not? I feel like it's a good choice. Because you won't need to go for loan. Since all costs for building a house is high, concentrate on your new building plan to your budget and choose a good engineer. All the best 👍
