@@SanjayC Actually, after checking pretty much all your related videos overnight, I'm back with a question! I came here looking for a APC 25 keys review but thanks to you I discovered Arturia minilab mk2, and it really triggered me! In the past I used APC mini on Ableton and loved the workflow. Now I'm looking for a small keyboard, planning to use Ableton and Reaper too. Do you reckon it would make sense to pair the two (minilab and APC mini) to have full control of Ableton scenes and have that amazing 'stop all tracks' 'solo' buttons and faders, or I could achieve pretty much the same results with Minilab only?
Thank you in advance if you'll have time to answer to this :)

@@SanjayC WOW! I had a conversation with a buddy of mine about this lol. My honest response is this...I don't think it's much of an overkill. MAAAAAAYBE the pads when both are connected but even then. When I drive back home to Miami I can easily take both with me and they're not that heavy. They both work great. It even helps the workflow; I use the knobs that I can't use on my LPX.

Hi! Please please. I need your reply on this 😣
I bought the 3rd gen bundle but I was not satisfied with the headphones, that's why I bought a DT770 pro headphones 80ohm just 3days ago. But I'm having a problem, though. My dt770 pro 80ohm has a great sound balance but it has lower sound volume comparing to the focusrite 3rd gen. Focusrite is way more louder maybe by 40%. Does that mean, the focusrite 3rd gen interface might not have have enough juice to power the dt770 pro? Meaning I have to buy an amp? Or do you have a solution to this?
If I need to buy amp, do you have any reco?
    Thank you so much!

SORRY BRO SO MANY QUESTIONS LATELY, THIS MIGHT EXPLAIN MY DELIMA BEST
I will likely be getting a Push
I do have some hard synths.
    Using PC
    Have a small keystep.
So I've looked into an Oxygen, Launchkey, and some Arturia stuff, but don't know if I will need all those options if I have a Push.
I like the keystep pro for controlling hard synths and it's got 4 tracks, however maybe that just needs to be a separate setup.
Should I just get a nicer 49 or so midi keyboard without all the pads and such? Considering I will have a Push?
Is it redundant to have a full featured midi keyboard along side the Push
Should I get a fully featured midi keyboard and hold off on the Push?
Certainly want something that works good in Ableton because I'm still learning it.
I'm worried about these keyboards, some say pitch wheels not accurate, some say faders are horrible and so on....
Some have endless knobs, some don't, is that a major flaw?
With a regular midi keyboard and a Push, what do you do about faders?
So yeah I gotta upgrade from lite to suite, but need to know where to put my money
Suite first, or Suite with Push package, or wait for possible Push 3, or fully functional keyboard now and Suite?
Maybe a cool hard synth keyboard that also has midi, or with that take me away from nice integration with Ableton?
If i do get full function midi keyboard i can pry go up to 500 bucks, but if the ones like oxygen are good, then fine, I just don't want crummy stuff, but I'm also not a baller.
    Any help thanks....

Music Creators Power Pack " from humble bundle, it came with MixCraft 9 software. i like, now here comes the noob question. if i bought a "midi drum pad" can i program any plug in to it, like if its a guitar rift for example. could i set that up into one of these controllers? or is there a different piece of equipment i am looking for to do this. im basically looking to do the "drums" then "guitar" then "bass" then the lyrics over all that. its been really annoying trying to just do it all via keyboard and mouse and figured this would be a faster process if i had a controller. thanks man. love the videos i've watched so far

I wonder why they don't make actual micro electronic drum kits with the real drum layout that people can navigate and play with their finger tips instead of the boring chess board layout with boring square pads.
If they can pull out the size, as well as the sound, or give it a top notch midi capabilities, as well as responsive and sensitive pedals for the kick drum and the HI Hat, that would sell like crazy.
    In my opinion.
Maybe provide like a hard finger tip cap that resembles the tip of the drum sticks so the pads respond better than to the soft finger tips. 4 of them so people can put them on the tip of their index and middle fingers of their both hands.

Hey Sanjay C , My Studio Monitors are working . Turns out the problem was with my Scarlett 4i4 interface where Outputs 1-2 do not provide any response but 3-4 works perfectly fine . Its weird that its only been a month since I bought the interface

Hi! Do some small (as Launchpad mini) devices with vel. sensitivity exists? I have QuNexus but probably it will be not enough to play notes and launching tracks on the same device. I don't have any launchpads or similar devices. Only one big A-800 Roland's MIDI controller. I'm trying to make a portable setup for my summer house (and some lives probably). It's based on Analog Four MK2 and (maybe) Volca Modular or Arturia Microfreak synths. Didn't bought a decent backpack yet :D

  • @beatz04
    @beatz04 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

The best low cost options for Ableton are either a used Push 1 or a combination of a Launchpad X and an NI M32 keyboard. In both cases you have 8 endless encoders and a 64 pad matrix that is velocity sensitive.
