The pointing rubbing against the plastic during the highlight/brush thru brows segment was soooo tingly, I could listen to a whole video of that sound.

I sometimes have anxiety attacks in the middle of the night and get anxiety right before bed if I stay up too long. I would suggest trying to sleep a little earlier, which I know sucks, but I always get more and more anxious the later I stay up. If that’s not the same for you, then sleep whenever you want lol. Hot baths also help and try not to eat directly before you go to sleep.
