The most successful and best-known version of the song was issued as a single by Nancy Sinatra and Frank Sinatra. This cover is based on San Jose Uke club song sheet available here: sanjoseukeclub.org there are two versions in different keys A and F. I was using the A version.

Thanks Brian! Yeah the birds singing in the trees was one reason I decided to go outside for a change. It was unusually quiet yesterday evening despite the urban setting. Usually someone is mowing the lawn or having a backyard BBQ!

I'm using just iPad with an apogee MiC. I edit it using some PC editor called Magix Movie edit pro. I typically add a touch of reverb and use its graphic equalizer and adjust the gain up or down depending on the source. It's an excellent condenser mic, but it's mono. If they made a stereo version I would buy it in a heartbeat!
