(b) using be relevant examples and authorities examine the application of exclussion clauses in a contract.
I've made a conditional acceptance letter to a dealership that was breached as if I was provided a remedy when I was not...how do I go about having this situation resolved?
Say ken offer to sell Mary a house and the offer is open until Thursday April 13 and ken sell the house to Jill Wednesday April 12 and someone told Mary and that person act as Mary agent and bring the acceptance letter to John on the 13 of April 8 a.m and Mary would like to sue John what advice should be given to John?
Mary is already aware that the offer in no longer on the table so there is nothing to accept. The point is Ken doesn’t have to let Mary know that the offer has been revoked if it is apparent that She (Mary) learns of the revocation from a source they consider to be reliable. That law suit will fail on those grounds Actually, this is similar to the case in Dickinson v Dodds (1876) which you can look at if you have time
What happens if someone breaches an as is contract based on the findings after an inspection even though the contract states inspection is for informational purposes only ?
It will depend on the nature of the breach and "the purpose of the information" they wanted to find via the inspection...for example implied conditions are not entirely ignored just because one wants you to buy an item on its "current condition"

well accepatance has to be 'unconditional" so if you add any conditions then it becomes a counter offer..which they can choose to accepts or reject
