If you put in a password for no access for example, would my server (who exchanges the data on a data platform via the ethernet connection) need a password to be set up for accessing this data? Perhaps I missed something. You said that to get rid of password it needs to be reset entire plc, of course it will cause a loss of program with all consequences. My question is, is there a way to prevent plc from any access including general reset. In other words to get working so-called "black box" which runs its program, without an opportunity of further usage (if you don't know password)? Hope expressed understandable. ) And how is reliable protection system? Any rumors please? )

To reset the password protected PLC you will need access to it physically... as long as it is in a locked room/cabinet you will be fine
@@hegamurl7434 So, given that you have got physical access to plc, the plc itself is not protected from general reset? Am I correct?
