This video is seriously underrated for home builders and aircraft owners thanks for the visual!

Absolutely wonderful explanation videos on the weight and balance, much appreciated! I need to do this to my plane as well, but I fly a RX550 Beaver with the engine in behind me with a push prop, so my question is...would I still be able to put my datum on the leading edge of the wing? or what exactly would be different from the calculations from a tractor to a pusher?
    again, much appreciated, thank you.

Hi, after watching your weight and balance video, can you tell me where the balance is, and how much fuel is in the tanks?
We know this is empty weight, without a pilot, but with how much fuel?
I am interested in knowing the balance point that you use when you do the flight tests, within the range of 22% and 33%. In general, you should have the CG more advanced than backward... that's why the question, after doing flight tests, doing navigations, where do you leave the CG? Thank you.

Surely one set of the measurement should have been a negative number as the main wheels and tail wheel are on opposite sides of the datum?

The main wheels and tail wheel are on the same side of the datum.

@@DCSquared I did not know your main wheels are behind the leading edge by that much.

@@ayates5709 Only 158mm aft of datum. 4:36 into the vid. Cheers.

    Hello
What percentage is the CG of the wing chord? Have you tried if the CG flies better a little ahead? How have you noticed it in flight? is it more maneuverable? Thanks.
    Hugo.

Wouldn’t arms measured forward of the datum result in negative moments?
