La Cigale Chief Concierge gets Les Clefs d'Or

After more than 16 years of experience in 5 stars hotel industry in Middle East and North Africa, Nizar Saidi, Chief Concierge of "La Cigale Hotel" Doha-Qatar becomes a member of the very prestigious association Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) with full pledge. Les Clefs d'Or, is an international network of all concierges around the world (In Service Through Friendship) who work on the quality of service provided by the Concierge staff in their hotels to guide, inform, and advise guests throughout their stay in the hotel.
The pinning ceremony of Nizar Saidi took place at "La Cigale Hotel" in "Al-Ghariyah 2" meeting room on October 6 at 1 p.m. under the auspices of Mr. Ibrahim Yakoot (Department of Tourism Dubai Director Corporate Training Development) and Ms. Holly Steil (Writer of Hotel Hospitality Book) and in the presence of Mr. Charles Ferrer (Les Clefs d'Or UAE President), Mr. Harold Abonitalla (Les Clefs d'Or UAE Secretary General representative), with "Qatar Concierge Society" executive committee.
Nizar, with only three other concierges from Qatar, deserved to be golden key holders while their participation in the 58th U.I.C.H (International Association of Hotels Concierges) that gathered 44 countries in Toronto-Canada (April 28 to May 3, 2011).
It should be noted that "Qatar Concierge Society" QCS founded by Nizar with other concierges, for the first time in Qatar on August 2010, opened the door to their participation. QCS aims to highlight Qatar on the tourism map and train concierges from Qatar to become members of Les Clefs d'Or.
