    I hate to break it to you, but you might not ROI if you sold just Kaspa for the KS5L. Kaspa is growing between 2-3 PH/s per day, just around 80 in the past month alone. I used that calculator for the KS0 ROI that came out last year around Sep. and plugged in those numbers, your yield after 1 year is going to be somewhere between 30,000-50,000. It’s a large range, but there is so much margin for error when estimating a year out.

    • @GreaterGoodMining
      @GreaterGoodMining  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That's true, you never know. Hard to compare the ROI on the ks0 vs the bigger ASIC'S and its hard to know what the hashrate will do. I also have a feeling that Alephium and Radiant ASIC's will be the new thing people chase and that maybe Kaspa won't get as much attention because it was one of the biggest money makers of the bear market. I'll be replacing the Kaspa I used ASAP after selling off some lower conviction crypto coins

    Too risky of a play for me.. I was thinking of doing the same.. still have about 80 TH down from 110 TH with now old machines that are hard to sell and some toasted. So a very gutsy move and proud of your journey man. Sonce I am not managing those machines myself I had some pretty bad experiences so far. Despite the fact that I managed to get back to ROI I think it is going to be harder and harder with big companies switching from BTC to KAS with big money. Anyway all the best brother. Hey Greater Good! Nice TH-cam video man! I know I have asked this before, part of it is my fault. But how many ks0 pro ultra can you buy without paying custom fees. I now think I’m ready to buy my first Kaspa miner. Can’t believe it’s been this long. I have been purchasing the coin. I’m super bullish on Kaspa and never bought a miner from over seas

    • @GreaterGoodMining
      @GreaterGoodMining  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It depends on where you live. In the U.S. if the order is less than $800 you shouldn't have to pay customs. I would recommend not ordering more than 2 KS0 Ultras at a time and DO NOT order a power supply from Iceriver. That way the total declared value after my discount should only be about $680 before shipping cost.

    • @GreaterGoodMining
      @GreaterGoodMining  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Depends on too many factors. RPM is a smart dude and could be correct! If you run your mining operation as a business you can depreciate the hardware on taxes. Mine as much as possible, HODL the coin, write off the hardware on taxes & sell the machines down the line. That's my move

      @mycinemax2653 anyone can set up an LLC or sole proprietorship even if you just have one rig. If you're not willing to take the time to do it you are missing out. Roll the dice, I got some ultra's on the way! Don't let the network difficulty scare you. Iceriver is testing all of their units as we speak! These units don't come online after they are sold. They are testing. All units are used. You will never be able to buy a unit that was not ran.

      @GreaterGoodMining  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You know what that is probably true. I've said that before too, and for some reason I wasn't thinking about it when I made that video. I always see the hashrate drop when it's time to ship big batches, then the hashrate comes right back within a few weeks

      @@GreaterGoodMining When KAS goes to 1-2-3 or 5 bucks, you will always be in the plus, no worries at all. But the point is if I had bought KAS outright, I could have gotten 300K KAS half a year ago. So by now, I should have well more than 150K KAS, but only have ca 70ish or so... do not want to put all the wallets together, but ballpark number. So at least only half, and or course this will only get worse as hashrate increases, which it does with all the next gen miners going online. Also, I have to still pay 25% tax on mined coins, so compared to buying KAS on the market for the money, it is already a complete shitshow. Not even gonna talk about electricity blabla... don't care about that if KAS hits 3 bucks.
