These games are mostly terrible. I need to rectify the balance by submitting some games, but 1) I have no money, 2) I only play bots these days, and I can't be bothered to play humans in longer time controls who might cheat. Doesn't seem like submitting bot games would be kosher.
@@baoboumusicI think the point is that the submitted games are usually blitz, bullet, or 10+0 games by beginner or intermediate players, so they mostly just play legal moves until someone blunders a simple tactic. This kind of games can be easily analysed with an engine. You don't need a grandmaster to explain why allowing a fork is bad.
@@Thematic2177a patzer doesn't play perfect moves and then just blunders his queen. he will usually make a lot more of mistakes that GM Ben can talk about. after a blunder there is still a game to be played which can also be instructive. I think the worse part is the "here Stockfish says this, here he says that, here he says both players don't know how to play...". but this engine dependancy will still be there if he analyzed gm games. if you want good analysis check out PowerPlayChess.
In the 2nd game, you said Black just doesn't know how to play chess, but you said that about Sam Shankland :-)
I like watching Ben analyze games.
lmao @ 2:26 "g5 is the worst move of the game... so far... now b4 is the worst move of the game... so far..."
"black proved he wasn't cheating" lol
Is this a re-upload by any chance? I recognise the intro to game 3 (not to mention the queen sac).
I don't think it's a re-upload. Ben's definitely posted game 3 on its own before -- but I don't think it was part of a 25-minute video, that time.
Love the thumbnail lol
White in the Hallway is what Kids in the Hall changed their name to to differentiate themselves from In Living Color.
Hahaha i didn't think taking rook was legal LOL
Gawking Rebel? Oh, right...Georgia. Five minutes with Ben TIMES five! Go Benplication!
It,s so so good 🔥☺

analyzing online games doesnt make any sense tbh, as proven by these games.
OK, I'll bite. Why does it make less sense than analysing bad over-the-board games?
Edit: or do you mean blitz and bullet?

I mean great analysis. Bens analysis is good but so is just basic engine analysis on Lichess and chess.
