3:40 my math skills in arcane odyssey balancing vs my math skills in that one math exam also i calculated speed affinity wrong here 1 + (affinity - 1) / 2 is how it works where affinity equals magic speed * fighting style speed so 0.6 * 0.75 (0.45) so 1 + (0.45 - 1) / 2 = 0.725 and for crystal leg it's 0.78125x (which means crystal leg has 0.05625x more speed, in exchange for 0.1682x less dmg and 0.18x less size) i.e. 5% more speed 16% less dmg ~20% less size (17% less dmg and 18% less size to be specific)

Im confused why snow isnt higher than ice-- you basically said yourself in this video that its ice with more versatility, which I would agree is exactly what it is. You get the same stun as ice but you now have more attack speed at the cost of slightly lower damage. Right now, attack speed is a very important stat and if you have high attack speed it gives you the option to have more playstyles. Since ice is relatively slow, it would be better just to play aggressively and close; for snow, you do not have this problem, and can either do that or can get people from a distance with your high attack speed.
11:37 I made a build SPECIAL for plasma with 98 intensity and 76 power as a conjurer (I try warlock with thermo fist). As a warlock i had 15 dmg scorch effect for 5 seconds + 7 seconds burning effect which too dealed 10 dmg per tick in total of 145 dmg only scorch and burning effect with 155 dmg. I do 300 dmg per hit + the high intensity with the hp i have (1578 HP) it gives me enough to reach 2k HP. It even had a good synergy with Plasma since it deal 10% more dmg to scorched targhets (Of course is still outclassed by Explosion, because it gets 20% more dmg to charred targhets). Iron leg dmg is bigger then Thermo fist which is 1.15x and dealing more then 5% of the opponent health it gives bleeding which deal 5% for 5 seconds. Even with 20% Plasma dmg from bleeding you will possible reach 180-200 dmg per hit withou't dot with dot (+ the intensity i said before) you get max 20 dot per tick from plasma and 10 dot from bleeding for 7 seconds which both of them is 170 dmg, and deal 370 dmg per hit OF course the dmg is different and depends on the power your build has. Plasma isn't a fast magic at dealing dmg and not the most aggresive one, you have to play passive and calculated. Also having Plasma Warlock with Thermo is the most coolest thing i see in this game.
I own a plasma + thermo warlock and after seeing how BAD it is (Like I never knew its imbued is not that good) compared to other warlock magics makes me contemplate if I should just erase the file and use magma or explosion (Though I still kinda want to use it but... Mhm...)

Though it is an imbuement DoT, meaning Ash only does 10% to Scalded targets, it stuns for the whole 0.8s status. Explosion does NOT petrify when imbued into thermo anymore. This might be a bug, but it's because imbuements got reworked in v1.13 where the Fighting Style applies its status first and then the Magic's. In order to stun with Explosion Thermo, you need to apply Charred first and then use Unimbued Thermo Fist to transform the catalyst status into Petrified. Bleed DoT gets cleared by the Burning DoT. Scalded clears Soaked since it's a Burning reskin.
i made an ash sailorfist build yesterday, it is definitely kinda silly, though it does get me to use magic a little bit more, since you do need to swap to actual ash magic to proc petrified off of scald, i do need to get rid of the unnecessary attack size since my best gear right now all happens to be crystallised or archaic, not my fault, i can thank a random legendary treasure chart right before argos for that XD

A Not so Fun fact: They sort of nerf'd lightning because that Magic DMG. Interaction used to say 30% more against Frozen but now its 20% more damage along with 20% against sandy, but it has 25% more damage against BLEEDING so its good for Iron Leg Edit: Researched again.. turn out they did the same for ice, along with a 25% more dmg against bleeding so this is also go for Iron Leg.. Iron Leg is making the other styles look like garbage now, whats next; Shadow is gonna have a 30% more dmg against bleeding for more Iron Leg?
i get it every time vetex and his gang nerf or change things so that we don't get builds like crystal/iron leg warlocks... and everytime he does someone finds the new meta that gets nerfed eventually.... but gaw-dayum they are just nerfing synergies into the ground. if things keep going at this rate synergies might just not even matter lol

Max attack speed light+cannonfist is probably the best build in the game for flat DPS, and light magic is one of the prettiest magics too Also, everything (except glass conjurer) is viable! Learning your own builds strengths and weaknesses can allow for some strangely extremely good "unoptimized" builds

I saw someone using moonlight thermofist, and yeah, it's super pretty. That includes being hit, and having the colors glued to your screen

As a warlock a good base of attack size is 80+ don’t go for any more than 110 attack size, you will go insane.

Fire is a B tier not a c tier Fire Basic combat and others like ileg or thermo fist is good :|
