बहुत से राज्य में मुख्य सूचना आयोग एवं राज सूचना आयोग है ही नहीं तो हूं वहां से आरटीआई कैसे मिल सकता है आदित्य अपील करने के बाद भी कोई अधिकारी के ऊपर कोई करवाई नहीं हो सकता है तो क्या किया जा सकता है
✓May be somebody will be considering it as judicial activism,but it is not so. ✓Talking about suo motu declaration by these bodies itself sounds like a joke.If it would have been the part of system,what was requirement of this judgement. ✓Section 8(1) and 24 of RTI itself talks about exemption clauses.Those that don't come into this, surely come under RTI. ✓Whynot in this case, along with Institutions,Public Project can also be added,so that PPP like models itself become the part of this. ✓Nothing or no step can be better than upholding Social Audit. ✓Information must be open, transparent and easy to furnish or release. ✓Its implementation needs a lot of attention and awareness that must be come out of society itself.. ✓In India,every institute needs a kind of body or act that pushes them to run with accountability.....

एक RTI Portal बनना चाहिए, जिसमें समय-समय पर सूचनाएँ अपडेट की जानी चाहिए, जिससे RTI file करने की जरूरत ही न हो ।
