People would eat fried rice, snacks, etc. now and then which contain relatively a far higher proportion of MSG when compared to a huge batch of briyani.. any food is dangerous when consumed very often and in higher proportions which we all know.. and not to say MSG is dangerous as well.. but people complain about briyanis to fool themselves that briyani makers are not making healthy food.. thats absurd.. people dont know how much MSG an average indian consumes each day.. as we know, try to eat out very less.. once or twice a month(high calorie food, and family people, not bachelors fyi) would do.. home cooked food is always the go.. but when you do eat briyani dont be judgmental about the food quality that you forget to enjoy it or else its better for us to stay home and cook instead of our women who got happy when they heard they dont have to cook for the evening..

Stop using ajini moto and use rock salt instead of that,and don't use palm oil for biryani please,use refined sunflower oil or refined groundnut oil.
