This is perfection. MWO is really the first Mechwarrior game in which light mechs are anything more than just mechs with less armor and guns. The funniest part is how many pilots are half doing this to themselves by running almost no back armor, not staying mobile and having insufficient awareness of their surroundings.
99% of the time you die from the front, so by loading up on back armour you just make it so you die faster, also unless you are putting on 30+ back armour its not gonna make any significant difference in how fast you die to a back stabber mech like the jenner IIC.
Hmm, I hope those pilots appreciated the "free" rear armor check you gave them. Not many folks would spend the time to help others as you do. Well done sir!
God that had me laughing way to hard. The 4 ppc marauder with nothing else trying to wall snipe too... all the cliché builds getting what they deserve lmao xD
It would take a lot of back armour to make any significant difference against a backstabber, and you die to front damage more often then back damage so by running lots of back armour you are just making it so you are more likely to die.
As much as I hate going up against light mech, I can appreciate a pilot who knows how to take full advantage of their mobility and ECM ability to backstab cause most of the time I encounter those "scouts" who simply just tags your location and just dips out.
Jesus christ 6 srms on a mech going almost 140 kph. I bet this thing can barely take a shot from an ac2 though. 😅 Ive been loving my dervish frenzy maybe ill try this out soon.
It's cheap. Be warned though, it's a paper mech with giant hit boxes and no ecm. Unless you are already used to backstabbing with a PIR or w.e else this will be a steep learning curve. But it's a rush and I could never play those Assaults that just sit back all game.
Yep, I have a IIC, and this build is a paper tiger. You're safer if you run with friends in better armored lights who can help take the focus off you, and you have to play very...opportunistically, to put it nicely, to stay alive because if the enemy breathes on you, you're dead.
Y'know, although I consider this a problem, I can at least laugh at the damned snipers getting backstabbed in this game. How people let a ECM-less, Stealth armorless Jenner sneak up on them is beyond me, it's like they're Skyrim NPCs.
Honestly as amusing as that it to watch, its part of what made that game so goddamn annoying to play. Mechs got so much firepower that nothing could stay alive for more than 2 seconds, even without the ass piercing SRM blasts.....
@@AlexDenton0451 I mean, its not that hard......last I knew, radar only worked in an arc where your looking and it had a max range. Alot of MWO maps are pretty cluttered with stuff to run around and have cover....
God this Eurobeat really drives it home for me.

Even with armor an srm36 to the back is gonna get through
@@hbomattI mean you can see how he just drilled that Catapult from the front too. Absolute terror mech, I might pick one up.

You inspected my battlemaster last saturday lol
Just doing my civic duty

The value in having your rear armor checked is incalculable
This makes me want to start running 30 on my back now.
It still wouldn't be enough to save you! xD
I end up coming back to this video to get some nice eurobeats to listen to while playing. lmao.
The last guy had 3 ER Larges on a raven with an XFE. What in the world...
Truly he failed the XL check
Corsair @4:37: "Half of my structure just vanished mysteriously. Hmm. Must've been the wind."
Keep the MWO eurobeat vids coming. :)
The music, the cockpit, the gameplay. Perfection
I feel like I just watched one of those video compilations of people dying horribly. Y'know, "Asses of Death."

"Fine dining on only the thinnest cuts of mech ass"
I laughed way too hard at that .
and this is why you always pick seismic nodes
Live fast or die in an ammo explosion.
I should build my IIC with this, this is great.
I giggle like a school girl every time I see an urbie esplode.
Running low rear armor is a calculated risk, but damn are most people bad at math.

MWO is a serious game.
Invest in rear armor people. It can save you from frustration.

This shit is so fantastic. I haven't played this game in a few years. Might have to reinstall.
Every time I try that shit I always get noticed, and suddenly, I'm swarmed and get one shot by some meta players. I have the worst luck in this game.

Rude af. I love it.
MWO is such bizarro world compared to Battletech proper. The inability to melee and kick lights really results in some lopsided matchups.

You forget that he has to get behind the team in the first place. The Jenner is massive for a light, so it takes a lot of skill on his part too.
