You should roll back and hit up “Sun Doesn’t Rise” or “QWERTY”. Mushroomhead came out before Slipknot but they got the copycat tag due to the masks and amount of band members. Obviously they sound completely different though.

Your reaction was hilarious 😂 the chick in the video is Jackie Laponza. She is in her own band with her brother, Mike, and a few others. Her band is called Unsaid Fate. She's not always so scary, she's actually really gorgeous and you should look her music up and react to it sometime. And by the way if you actually listen to We Are The Truth by Mushroomhead from the album and not the music video, the tempo is actually a little bit slower and it actually makes the song sound almost completely different to me. You should try to just listening to that version sometime without watching the video and I think you'll like the song a lot better.

Mushroom head QWERTY
Love that he's wearing two crucifixes and it still didn't protect him from this.
Saw them live back in 2015 when I saw Slipknot and Korn and they were just amazing. They have lots of percussion similar to Slipknot but they put neon lights in their drum and water on top so the splashes were lit up. It was super cool.
Same man listen to them all the time since I discovered them.😊
As a MRH fan myself I prefer there older stuff with waylon and even further back then that Jmanss stuff, Righteous and the butterfly is a dope album really experiments with sounds and has all three of the main vocalists, Jeffry Nothing, Waylon, and JMann, but my favorite album is Beautiful stories for ugly children.
That was the first album I bought, I actually did listen to their prior stuff before buying the album but at the time.ot had just come put so I decide to buy it on the day it came out and it was awesome that was one of the best days of my life, XIII is another great one with tracks like sun dosent rise and kill tommrow,XX is great if you like thier older stuff like super Buick, savior sorrow if ur into the waylon years.

huge mushroom head fan, there from a just north of me called Sandusky, Ohio. they just had a free concert a couple years ago at bike week in sandusky and it was packed. Qwerty is one of there best songs in my opinion so u gotta do that song next for sure
I'm from Sandusky and mushroomhead is from Cleveland/ lorain area not sandusky.
The town that they are originally out if is North Royalton which is just south west of Cleveland. I am friends with most of the guys in the band.

10000 Cadillacs I still have the original CD was at the first live show they ever did long after they stopped making new shit around 2010ish it was at the underground in sandusky ohio for another musicians birthday since then they have done a few other shows but not many.
My favorite side project is still Pitch Black Forecast. J Mann, teamed up Steve Rauckhorst (their new vocalist to replace Jeff) and the human drum machine himself, Gene Hoglan.

Fun story:
I had heard about MRH growing up but never to the point of checking them out. About the time their album "Righteous and The Butterfly" dropped, this chick I knew was telling me to give them a listen. Immediately was intrigued by them and pretty much liked a lot of their stuff. Later that same year, they were on tour (this would be the last tour they had Waylon on, luckily I got to meet him and two other members). The show itself is a whole 'nother level.
If this man hasn't reacted to QWERTY, you need to.
Solitaire Unraveling, Becoming Cold and Kill Tomorrow will always be their top 3 songs to me.

The vid is based off the first of movie in an 80s - 90s horror movie franchise called The Evil Dead, there were three movies, The Evil Dead (1981), Evil Dead II (1987), and Army of Darkness (1992), the franchise was rebooted in 2012 or 2013 with a remake/continuation of The Evil Dead, I think the studio plans on remaking the other two as well. In the film a group of friends, Ash, his girlfriend, Linda, Ash's sister Cheryl, their friend Scott, and Scott's girlfriend Shelly, go to a cabin for a vacation where strange things happen, porch swing swinging on its own and then stopping, noises, one gets temporarily possessed but didn't tell the others about it, then they find a book called the Naturom Demonto, a Sumerian Book of the Dead, as well as an old reel to reel tape recorder of someone who had translated the book, they listened to the tape while thumbing through the book, then all hell broke loose, Ash's sister got possessed and attacked everyone, then others started getting possessed, Ash was the only survivor, he's the one that cut off his own hand because it got possessed, he was in all three of the original movies. Also the franchise had a T.V. series in 2015 continuing the story of Ash.
