Just took my son fishing behind our neighborhood- had to cross over a section of the creek by walking on a pipe and through woods and up and down some steep embankments to get to a deeper area in a creek. Reminded me of myself at his age when I’d go “exploratory fishing.”
Should have transported some of them to your pond. Really loved the video, roadside fishing videos are so cool. I been watching a lot of them from other guys where they fish in a ditch or some other weird spots.

Since we haven’t seen that backyard pond and how it is going with all the fish and restoration structures in a while.

This is why they call them ditch pickles. This is one of my favorite ways to catch bass. I love this kind of video.
