    Dear sir, the average shear stress value is 3 N/mm2, not 4.5 N/mm2.
    4.5 N/mm2 is the value of maximum shear stress. please verify

    Shear stress average is=3 . Not 4.5

    Avg shear stress is already given in question. 30KN =3N/mm2
