Love the Gingerbread house. Next time you could use removable tape to attach the roof. It's made by Scotch brand also and is inexpensive. The whole village is adorable. FYI, the SNC piercing kits are not showing as available online. Only shows replacement parts.

I would suggest just score after cutting, the lines are straight and easy to line up along the corners.
