Great video! Awesome driving and use of the sirens! Also round of applause to the fire fighter controlling the sirens. Nice job of cutting it when you saw the Amish coming! The Q would have spooked the horse and you were gracious enough to cut it! Good job all around!
They survive when there are Electrical Cuts, when most Americans are having trouble surviving and going nuts. They will be here a long time to come even if the oil runs dry and there is no hospitals or electrical grids, gas or water supply. They are very resourceful and will always be.
Better to play this on high volume flying down the highway on blue tooth speakers makes it more real and fun as iam driving.. lol 😂 only thing is I need the lights now lol " GF" ASKED HOW DID U GET TO MY HOUSE SO FAST .. "ME" IDK HAHA
I always thought that if u don't pull to the side of the road, u could get fined for obstructive driving?! In NJ, it's a State Law that IS enforced in many towns.
When they call for the cascade systems, it's almost always a long response. We have 3 "air wagons" for my entire county and they also cover neighboring counties... Some responses can be 40 minutes plus
MY GOODNESS This day and time I cant believe it is taking this fire truck this long to get to a fire in a rural area. In north carolina we have volunteer fire depts all over rural North carolina and they can be at your home or buisness or whatever in just a matter of a very few minutes. It took this truck 20 minutes and by now the barnis burned to the ground if they were depending on this one. and when it finally gets there here are all these other trucks there WHY OH WHY DID THEY NEED THIS ONE

You seriously think 20 mins is a long time? It is not. After I got fired from a municipal fire Dept for refusing the jab I volunteer in a Dept that doesn’t give a shit if I have it or not. This dept coverage area takes 45 mins to cross from the start of it to the end of it. So figure out the response times in that Dept coverage area.
0:01 At the start of the video it says that closer stations have already responded. They’re responding to assist with duties like overhaul, I would assume
I don't think emergency vehicles should be allowed to speed in residential areas like this even with lights and sirens, change my mind. (exception is law enforcement)
You say that till it's your house that is burning or your family that is in need of help and then you're throwing a fit wanting to know why it's taking so long. Why do you think only law enforcement? Do you think they are the only ones that are trained to drive at higher speeds? I have seen law enforcement drive ninety to nothing to a fire and for what? What are they gonna do when they get there but get in the way? Firefighters are trained in more extensive driving larger vehicles than any law officer.
Theyr trained drivers. Just like police. More fatalities from law enforcement running code than emt and fire. Theyr maniacs. These rigs are loud for a reason n built to stop like a Ferrari. Il take them traveling at any speed thru residential. Theyr job is measured in seconds unlike police speeding to nonsense, even a fire.
@@moepizl police run it far more often and as you say in smaller vehicles that are harder to spot by other drivers. watch a dashcam of a squad car running code and see how no one moves out of the way compared to videos like this. also glad to know you consider things like armed robberies and shooting "nonsense". might be a reason the world is the way it is but like the OP i bet your attitude would change if it was you or yours needing the response...
Major props to the engineer and the guy on the q siren for turning it off when passing those Amish buggies, it was very considerate of you both.
And a cheer for traffic at 2:42 for leaving plenty of swing room.

A fresh video 😁😁
Never been this early to a video.
Perfect video great one keep it up i be watching
Ah yes, the cascade system. Around here, only a handful of places have em, so I hear them being requested all the time.
That dispatcher was acknowledging 38-1 as available at the end of your response transmission.
Ah now I hear it. They actually said "Intermediate 88-1 I have you available," but that helped me figure it out haha
Nice camera placement.
Do a lot of Amish people live around that area? Good to see the operator turning off the siren when near the buggies.
Yes they do
I just had a brush fire to respond to
