      Thanks Katie! It is something Milwaukee really needs, I have seen how Washington DC has changed in the last 10 years. Will not be easy, but if it works - would be HUGE

    Lower rates is the Bear case. Significant lower rates means unemployment is spiking. Washington county 07-12 median prices fell 17.5%.
    Buckle up, buyers are going away and the bid has fallen well below the ask.

      Probably; the Fed will not ease up until the job market starts to soften. Unmployment is so low it's unhealthy for businesses, they struggle to find workers. For more infomation on why the MBA, NAR and FreddieMac predict mortgage rates will get lower, watch my previous market updates. They make a good case. There is no realistic scenario that could cause Washington County prices to drop in a meaningful way. It would take a black swan type of event.
