I loved this workout! It was a little bit of everything. My pulled muscle or whatever it is feels better today. I was able to go harder today than I have all week. I was freezing in the beginning but by 20-25 minutes in I was warm. Thank you so much Chris! This was a fun workout with great music on this snow day in SC!
This was great! Fun fact - .my older son had the meltdown to end all meltdowns in the King of Prussia mall when he was a toddler . We were in the area for my brother in law 's wedding. We have family in Blue Bell. Would love to visit sometime (if only they would invite us)😂

That workout was great! I didn't feel like working out and just decided to dothis workout because I know, cardio with you is always a booster. I'd to smile during your intro as you immediately described my mood 😅. And as you said, it works 99% of time and so it did today, I felt great afterwards and was happy that I pushed through. What I liked the most was the great variety of exercises and different blocks of excerise types. That way time flew by.
By the way...weird movies/series, have you watched Squid Game??? I binged both seasons recently 🙈.
