    Two kickboxing themed workouts in one week?? I am in fitness heaven!! This had some challenging sections, including that raised arm part at the end. I love those too!! A very happy workout for me!! Thank you for making me happy, Chris!! ❤️

    Loved this workout and being able to be live today. Sure as our Nola snowstorm is melting it will be back to work tomorrow but I loved being with everyone to sweat and have some fun with a great workout, great community, and a great instructor 🥰

    Love, Love, Super Love!! This was fabulous Chris! Had a huge grin on my face throughout even during the Burpee Progression! Adore the combo classes that you put together, time just flew by, burnt a bunch of calories, sweated buckets. Thank you so so much!❤Off to make Liver & Carrot Brownies for the doggies, their favourites. Made a very healthy banana bread using coconut oil for myself yesterday so figured it was the doggies time 😂❤❤

    This was fun until I got to burpees 😢 I was like NOOOOOO why not these again my nemesis
    But I got through it sweat on heart rate up
    I found a arms and abs with tubing on your channel Chris and done it is well because tomorrow is arms and abs but Ireland is under a red weather warning so I might not have electricity or wifi to get the workout done. The storm is going to be prity bad here tomorrow
    But if I have wifi and electricity I will definitely be here 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

    I was the person who didn't want to work out today, but I put on the camo leggings and reported for duty...and you kicked my butt! I hit my 2nd wind and burned over 300 calories.     Whole lot of moving, kicking and sweating! Thought it was the HIIT that would get me but it was the burpee progression tabata that kicked my booty. Fun cardio mashup!

    I loved this workout! It was a little bit of everything. My pulled muscle or whatever it is feels better today. I was able to go harder today than I have all week. I was freezing in the beginning but by 20-25 minutes in I was warm. Thank you so much Chris! This was a fun workout with great music on this snow day in SC!

    This was great! Fun fact - .my older son had the meltdown to end all meltdowns in the King of Prussia mall when he was a toddler . We were in the area for my brother in law 's wedding. We have family in Blue Bell. Would love to visit sometime (if only they would invite us)😂

    That workout was great! I didn't feel like working out and just decided to dothis workout because I know, cardio with you is always a booster. I'd to smile during your intro as you immediately described my mood 😅. And as you said, it works 99% of time and so it did today, I felt great afterwards and was happy that I pushed through. What I liked the most was the great variety of exercises and different blocks of excerise types. That way time flew by.
    By the way...weird movies/series, have you watched Squid Game??? I binged both seasons recently 🙈.
