The CVA Cascades are amazing for the price. I’m looking at picking up my second rifle this Christmas. I already have the 6.5 PRC. I’ve taken two bull elk, and two bucks in the last couple of years. All four where 1 shot kills, ranging from 80 to 628 yards. I am more than impressed!! The trigger on these rifles are impressive. It’s what convinced me to go forward with purchasing it when I was at my local gun store. The other was the three lug bolt and the rigid and soft touch stock. You cannot beat this rifle for the price!!
Was it the Creedmoor? I’ve been thinking of picking one of those up for my wife since it has a low recoil value. The PRC is a bit much without the muzzle brake attached. I took my 6X6 bull at 628 yards this season with my CVA Cascade 6.5 PRC. Love that rifle!!!
@@jimedick9496 congrats on the Elk!!! Just a CVA cascade threaded and no brake. My 12 year old daughter shot it standing no prob. Prior she’d only shot BB guns. So smooth and no recoil. Great for younger hunters.
Did he say 0.5" group at 100 yds 350 legend for 5 shots ??? I don't think so ... He must have mis spoke I would have to see and repeat to believe it would shoot as well as $ 10,000 rifle.
Biggest deer of my life with a .243. Why are we talking about 6.5 PRC?? Useless!! I’ve been laying deer down for 40 years with a little .243. Explain to me how much deader a deer is going to be with a 6.5 Creedmore, or Gren what ever the Hell you younger generation call it!!!

I Have 4 Of The XT Models In 6.5 ARC. They Are Just That Great.
I can whole heartily say that endorse. I have one in 300 PRC. Very happy
Update ?
Ha ha! Great question on the 7PRC Stephen!
Im wanting one of these. Either 7mm08 or 308. Hard to come buy
My 4 XT’s Are On Par With My 2 Rifles 22 ARC’s Except The 6.5 Covers A Little More Energy At The Farthest Real Estate Ranges.
CVA or Weatherby vanguard what’s your preference?
I will have that video eventually but I would probably go vanguard or howa hs precision
@Bullets4Bucks have you done a video on this post. Cva vs weatherby or howa
@@Gokywildcats11 its coming not done with it yet though
I’ve owned both. I sold the Vanguard, if that tells you anything.
Really curious what you think of this one. Also how it compares to the other sub $1000 rifles.
Man I'd put them right there with the Tikka T3x they are the 2 best rifles for the money 2 me

@@jimedick9496 nice! I never got the XT but did get a 6.5 for the kids hunting and then a 300 Win Mag for $100 off. Amazing value and accuracy!

Make it in 270 win
These Guns have Benelli barrels too.
You mean bergara?
@Bullets4Bucks I don't know, my brother just bought one he told me it had a Benelli Barrel.
@@SpontaneousOracle
They have the Bergara barrels since they are owned by the same parent company. They are built in the Bergara factory in Spain.
