Ninja saying it’s a no brainer is pretty ironic. Dude has no idea. Midnight society, or any company would not want to be associated with someone who has allegations like that under their belt. They didn’t find anything. They just do not want to be with him, incase the situation gets worse. Now, Doc admitting that he has text with someone underage is a literal self confession. Also, there is a problem that needs to be addressed and that is minors faking their ages online and talking to adults. Imagine talking to someone you thought was of age, just to find out they weren’t. That could negatively impact that adults life. Any minor that fakes their age online needs to be prosecuted. Yet, noooooo. Nobody does that. Yall just let yall kids run wild on the internet. I would never stick a phone in my kids face, so they can be distracted. Be a good parent or don’t have a kid. Heres what my research has gotten me. According to leaked emails from Twitch, the girl was 17, which Is age of consent literally everywhere. They also claimed nothing was overtly sexual, but they were "flirting." They emails from 2020 also claim there was no plan to meet up, so i think that part was a lie. If that's the case, I truly dont give af. It's between him and his family. If we don't like the age of consent laws, we need to change them. I think Twitch buried it because you needed to be 18 or older to use Twitch whispers unless a parent is present. And this 17 year old was breaking their TOS and flirt messaging their biggest streamer. In my mind, no difference between 17 and 18, and all the moral high ground takers 100% have watched 18 years olds in porn for years 😂

As a 16 year old who has a best friend who messed up like this, and is still friends with this person, I respect Z's statement. Although my best friend was lied to by this person who lied saying they were of age and weren't doesn't make it my friend's fault, but with Doc it's probably different. I will say this, at least Z doesn't flat out betray him, he sees hope for Doc that he might change, in a way he's saying if Doc doesn't change, then he will leave Doc. I will say that even though Midnight has "seen" enough evidence to terminate their contract with Doc does point to some evidence, but we as the public should see, people shouldn't just believe everything they hear, for all we know someone could be plotting against Doc and used some third party software to change texting photos to make it look like he said something, I don't know, but without actual evidence I'm non-bias, because Doc is my favorite streamer and I believe we all make mistakes, no one is perfect. Media is the one thing takes someone who isn't perfect and destroys them for not being an angel.

Brother, it's simple. Twitch found these messages via illegal means, an employee was snooping through docs private messages which is highly frowned upon and against their contracts/,terms of service. With that being said, any information that was found was found via illegal means and therefore useless in court. On top of that, doc didn't do anything ILLEGAL, just extremely immoral and 100% calls for cancelation at the least.

Period no grown man as an adult should ever even being in contact with a minor, regardless of it being sexual or not, unless of course they are blood family but I don’t find it ok that a grown man ever had private messages with young girls or boys it’s completely not ok and so wrong in so many ways. This man and the rest of the team has saved my life in the year of 2020 actually. The death of my infant newborn son, he was a stillborn absolutely devastated my life and put me in a very and horriable dark place. The boys and the streams, the love, fun, exciting experiences with each other and the laughter brought so much joy into my heart and really did keep me alive and believe me, I was on the verge of taking my own life. This news is just put me in shock and even in tears cause I can not support this, I can not support a grown man even messaging a child that they don’t even know, and isn’t family. It’s heartbreaking cause the whole team saved my life including Z, Tim, Nick, cloak and doc and this just is mind blowing and I have no other words to say about this except what in the actual fuck!
They’re all saying this because the big bad wolf at the top of the streaming chain will ban, shadowban, shame and monetarily impact everyone that stays silent about it.

Doc did not know she was a minor Until AFTER he was banned suddenly and sued Twitch for breach of contract. How do we know this? Because when he sued Twitch, they were forced to settle as there was no illegal activity found after a full investigation by law enforcement. (Not to mention whispers is an 18+ only feature.) A new report tweeted out Sunday just confirmed that the initial drama started years ago when a few rogue Twitch employees started reading Docs tweets and then reported him to an agency. Initially Doc didn't know why he was banned, then he found out, then sued. But years after, under NDA, he was not allowed to get into it, only used the nickname "Purple Snakes" to describe Twitch.
Doc is a cheat and a PDF he knew what he was doing now he dipped out on holiday...

To my knowledge from what I have seen and looked into. There was a settlement just like ninja said. Normally those only happen when stuff happens and money needs to be owed. But most of the time when it comes to this kind of stuff is normal sush money to keep people quiet so it doesn't come to light. But that from what I have seen in articles and stuff so far
