In all of RHOBH history, Dorit has been called a lot worse, put through a lot worse, and treated a lot worse by her castmates than by Garcielle. But, we have never seen Dorit speak down to, use condescension, and YELL at another castmate like she has SPECIFICALLY TO Garcielle this season. Seeing Dorit yell at Garcielle the way that she did made most viewers very disturbed. There is a reason for this. Intentional or not, Dorit needs to check the bias that allows her to go out of her way to disrespect Garcielle in a way that she never has for any of her other castmates. That bias is racism. Period.... I wonder if she yells at her black help like that?

Dorit and Kyle have had some significant arguments where Dorit has raised her voice at Kyle and Lisa R. She called Camille a c*nt. Its been a while since we've seen Dorit have issues with a castmate because she's now part of the alliance but when she first came on the show she really got into it with several ladies. Dorit has been condescending to Sutton, Erika, and Kyle. Dorit has a consistent way she argues with people and I think she applied it equally to Garcielle. We just see it differently because the racial subtext behind a white woman yelling at a black woman. I didn't like seeing the ladies "gang up" on Garcielle, but we need to honest/fair and acknowledge that they do the same thing to others every year (Denise, LVP, Camille).
The microaggressions from Dorit and Lisa were overwhelming and triggering. Bravo MUST provide cultural diversity training for these women. This was such a hostile environment for Garcelle and I will be watching how Bravo handles their behavior.

When Garcelle 1st joined the show I didnt like her - she took shots at Kyle that didn't make sense & I thought she was just trying to create an issue to get a story line or camera time. Now I think something must have happened with Kyle off camera that didnt make the show and it ticked Garcelle off because since we've gotten to know her I see that she doesn't make up BS for camera time. I love her relationship with Sutton and how open she is about her feelings to the others - especially when she argued with Dorito about how she felt left out & Dorito said we're not leaving you out & Garcelle said maybe you're not but THATS HOW I FEEL. She's funny, honest, genuine, knows who she is and is now one of my top 2 fav housewives.

I held out for awhile hoping Dorit would get it together because I did used to enjoy her on past seasons but from the micro aggressions on top of micro aggressions but this reunion really just saw the last of her likeability go out the window for me

Not that I don’t agree.. but the difference is Nene cast is predominantly a black cast and Garcelle deals with white women.. you have to handle situations differently with a cast like that.. be classy and make them look stupid.. trust me I know.. In regards to virtual reunion, kyle cared about the charity she would immediately call garcelle about the mistake to ensure the check was made and the charity could get the money. instead the charity did not receive the money for a while so kyle months months later could publicly trash garcelle on a reunion show. Almost as if kyle did the charity for publicity rather than to help the charity and trashed garcelle for publicity over privately reaching out to garcelle which would not garner kyle + press but be best for the charity
