Managing Stakeholder (Church Member) Complaints

Here we discuss the BBC documentary series, and see how it relates to a Complaints Handling System. We discuss why it is important for the leadership of an organization to set up a complaints handling system in order to take seriously the interests and well being of the organization's stakeholders. We explore how this would apply in the context of a faith based organization.
