I truly felt like I was losing my mind on that second email. He rejected her!! She wanted to see him again she was just busy and said “how about next weekend?” and for some reason he took that as an insult and cut things off with her. The audacity to be like “I don’t understand why she did this was she even interested in the first place?” I was shouting at the pod “YOU REJECTED HER!” Even after he rejected her she still was willing to see him again. He’s trying to act like she’s too picky about her schedule but he’s the one who’s too picky. It’s totally reasonable to not want to go on a second date after a 13 hour shift, he’s the one with the arbitrary “no weekends” rule. I feel like she dodged a bullet he was acting so entitled
First email was actually a puzzle because I (F) never would have thought of that scenario as romantic. But that’s what makes listening fun :)
I listened to this episode with my boyfriend in the car yesterday and he agreed with everything about how you said the dude in the 'couples court' is feeling 🤣🤣🤣 We went back and listened to a couple of older episodes after that too. You have a new fan!
Damn the fellas writing in are going to have to take their Ls & Ego hits this episode. 😂. Email 1) I personally wouldn't have an issue if my girlfriend had that story. Maybe if her and a situationship actually hooked up I'd be annoyed to hear about it but we weren't exclusive so gotta let it go. Email 2) She didn't seem like an outright no so in that scenario I would be trying to date someone else I matched with during the week and her on the weekends. 🤷🏽♂️ You can't force strangers to throw out their schedules🤔
