Sylvester Stallone is one of the greatest actor, director, writer and producer combos of all time! He has received numerous accolades, including a Golden Globe Award and a Critics' Choice Award, as well as nominations for three Academy Awards and two BAFTA Awards. Stallone is one of only two actors in history (alongside Harrison Ford) to have starred in a box-office No. 1 film across six consecutive decades.
In episode 37 of V3 Cast, we pick 1 of our favorite Sylvester Stallone films and discuss.

I gotta give my love to COP LAND. Sly's best performance and an excellent film (with an amazing cast).
Other faves that were in consideration: DEATH RACE 2000, COBRA, NIGHTHAWKS, and OSCAR.
While First Blood is the easy favorite, I've gotta throw some love to the criminally underrated Nighthawks. Stallone and Billy Dee Williams versus a terrorist played by Rutger Hauer? I don't know how this one keeps flying under the radar, I love it so much.
That's a trifecta, right there!
I’m completely behind Oops All Berries theory. Nailed it.
Hol’ up, Expendables is literally the Oops All Berries.
Don’t forget Terry Crews is from Flint and went to Western!
@@SGdoesitDidn’t know about WMU. Cool! Expendables also made me like cereal again.
Greg has me yelling at my screen... Four? Rocky IV? Of course you leave it on when you come across it, it's the banana pudding of the Rocky movies... it's dessert, best after a meal, you can't have dessert without the meal that is one, two, and three. Yes, Rocky III is the vegetables, eat your veggies and get pumped up with Eye of the Tiger.
And "Rhinestone"? What about "Stop or my Mom will Shoot"? (Poking fun with love).
I'm with Aaron, First Blood is fantastic. I also liked Cobra, loved that 1950 Mercury and I chewed on matchsticks for a while. Although not a Stallone movie, love me some Death Race 2000.
lol thanks Cam!
Great statement! Cobra is the sleeper pick.
