You can use the pulp to make muffins. Like carrot apple banana muffins with the pulp from the carrots and apples, etc. So good!

I have heard that MULLEIN is very good for getting rid of the phlegm. It is natural and my husband found it in pill form. I don't know if it comes in a liquid though. Worth checking into.
Why don't eat less junk to begin with, so that the body get stronger and more resilient, and not just when it's "too late", and you already feel like crap. You know that healthy food heal the body, so why eat things that do the opposite?
Benji, with beets and carrots they hold so much if their minerals and nutrients in the skin, if your juicing you should totally leave them on!

"It's important to get the fiber" ... but when you juice, you remove all the fiber. Better to make a smoothie.
