I am a gemini ascendant with saturn moon conjunction in my first house (3) and sun jupiter conjunction in my 10th (12) house. I am 49 years of age and till 2021 my life was like 'vish'. @@Jyoti-et4pe .... Firstly there is no prescribed and perfect way. Meditation is our own journey to go within. Since everybody is conditioned differently from within, each one's journey becomes unique. Yet, I will tell you my own experience on meditation. I started with a soft instrumental music from the channel Meditative Mind and created a good ambience for meditation. Eg using incense oil with lamps. Finding a comfortable seating position in which I could sit for a minimum Of 20 mins, I started with closing my eyes, praying to the divine and then concentrating on my breath. At the start you will have many thoughts and emotions surfacing. You might even cry. Not a problem.. all our dirt is brought to the surface. It is meant to be faced. Instead of stopping your meditations and turning a blind eye to those feelings, crying it out or Journaling those experiences helps. After months of such meditations, there came a time when I just started going into a trance. I stopped using music. I started visualizing the Aum. Sometimes chanting mantras too. But there are still many days when I have thoughts of incidents from daily life. The trick is to bring your attention back to your breath....to the NOW that makes you feel awake and conscious. There are techniques to even lock your aura while meditating which might keep thoughts at bay. But I never did those as I wanted to face my demons. Also....one last thing....meditation should be done with patience. If ever you feel uneasy and don't want to do longer sessions, np....respect your feelings. But regularity is the key. Meditation is to the soul, what food is to the body! Please don't stick to just what I have said. The spiritual world is much greater than just my experience. Experiment and find your own right way. Having in this lifetime an Aquarius moon going through this difficult but beautiful phase of Saturn. I had no idea about Vedic or any astrology before. Amazing ...as always! Everything you said resonates and coincides with what I am going through. I am a gemini ascendant with saturn moon conjunction in my first house (3) and sun jupiter conjunction in my 10th (12) house. I am 49 years of age and till 2021 my life was like 'vish'. @@Jyoti-et4pe .... Firstly there is no prescribed and perfect way. Meditation is our own journey to go within. Since everybody is conditioned differently from within, each one's journey becomes unique. Yet, I will tell you my own experience on meditation. I started with a soft instrumental music from the channel Meditative Mind and created a good ambience for meditation. Eg using incense oil with lamps. Finding a comfortable seating position in which I could sit for a minimum Of 20 mins, I started with closing my eyes, praying to the divine and then concentrating on my breath. At the start you will have many thoughts and emotions surfacing. You might even cry. Not a problem.. all our dirt is brought to the surface. It is meant to be faced. Instead of stopping your meditations and turning a blind eye to those feelings, crying it out or Journaling those experiences helps. After months of such meditations, there came a time when I just started going into a trance. I stopped using music. I started visualizing the Aum. Sometimes chanting mantras too. But there are still many days when I have thoughts of incidents from daily life. The trick is to bring your attention back to your breath....to the NOW that makes you feel awake and conscious. There are techniques to even lock your aura while meditating which might keep thoughts at bay. But I never did those as I wanted to face my demons. Also....one last thing....meditation should be done with patience. If ever you feel uneasy and don't want to do longer sessions, np....respect your feelings. But regularity is the key. Meditation is to the soul, what food is to the body! Please don't stick to just what I have said. The spiritual world is much greater than just my experience. Experiment and find your own right way. I pray for love and light to spread to you through meditation.

Cancer lagna, Taurus Moon - Saturn transit 8th. Guru Maha dasa, Shukra Bhukti. Worked super hard 6 years school and had a baby - now working everything very slow coming and lots of family problems very bad finances and loans to pay and health issues are there but diet is very strict and healthy for me. My Mercury (Atmakaraka) Mahadasha started a year ago.... trying to return back to work after a long maternity break... I'm Revati Sun & Asc, Rahu Pada 4 & Moon U.Asadha Pada 1, running Jupiter MD (P. Asadha Pada 1)/Moon AD with natal Saturn in Krittika Pada 4. Transit Saturn is squaring my natal so I got an inheritance (my father in law passed away) when Pluto went over my Rahu/Moon last year (May 2023) and this year (Jan 2024) the paperwork was finalized when Pluto just went over it again, but It is hard to sell all that land. My engineering profession is extremely slow. I hope when Ju/Ma MD (natal Mars Rohini Pada 4 with Venus Pada 1) starts in August 2024 will give me better luck career wise (I don''t think I want more land) because I'm Squared/Stuck!

Hi, I have natal Saturn in my 12th, Pisces Asc. So having a Saturn return. Just had foot surgery on 02.02.2024 to have an arthritic bone removed. I am currently running a Moon-Venus-Rahu dasha. If not mistaken, Saturn will be in Aquarius till 29th March 2025.... Myself Taurus ascendant, with capricorn moon sign, undergoing Saturn mahadasha as well as last phase of Sade Sati....And still now terribly getting slapped by him 😢😢.. Saturn placed in 5th house in Virgo in natal horoscope... Guess this is one of the worst placements of saturn for Taurus ascendants....
