In my country there is a distribuitor of lemon, and i was looking for some opinions, I got a surprise when i get on the video and saw only 381 views, this channel deserve way more. Pd: Im still struggling with Vital transformation, but lot less due to that other video :).
You got chops bro. Came across the Lemon line of e drums over on baba. I own far too many drum kits and cymbals in Florida, but nothing in our small apartment here in San Diego. I laugh at myself because I literally jam out with a pair of sticks on the mattress. Thanks for the demo and review.
gonna try these out. My vh10 just crapped out and $411 vs $189. Just dont got the money for the roland stuff atm and drumming is my medication for depression so I cannot be without it. Hope these will workout.
@@thecreativedrummer5546 What's your long term opinion on these hats? I'm currently converting my acoustic kit to electronic and I'm seriously considering a set of Lemon hats.
Sorry for late response. I have no idea if the Lemon hats will work with a TD-6. There are several YT vids that address compatibility, so maybe you can find an answer. sorry I couldn't help!
Excellent video. Do you think these are better than the VH10/11? I’m trying to decide between these, and just getting the controller and setting it up like the VH10/11. Thanks.
Yes I feel the Lemon hats are better than the VH10/11 hats that came with the kit. However they are far from perfect. I’d say once you become familiar with the limitations and make adjustments to accommodate them, they are serviceable.
The question I have is how do they compare to the Roland VH-14, yes they are overpriced, but are they better? You should test them because you'd know the difference at your skill level. Love you drumming dude!
I would love to test the VH-14D hihats, but unless Roland is willing to lend me a pair (they aren't) that's not gonna happen cuz they cost $1150! Regardless, thankyou so much for the kind words!
Sorry I have no idea. I think you'd be better served by asking that question of Luke over at the EDrum Workshop. He's way more knowledgeable about compatibilty than I: th-cam.com/users/TheeDrumWorkshop
50 second intro, 2 min drum solo, "yeah, they're good enough for me' and done. Now that's how a drummer does reviews. Awesome!
LOL thanks dude!
Just got mine and they are huge improvement over my vh11. Wonder how they would compare to the Digital hi-hats. Love the groove!
Yes I wonder that myself. But since it would cost $1150 to find out, I'll just keep wondering!
I came for the review and ended up being a huge fan of your drumming. You remind me of Steve Gadd.
Wow thank you so much! Steve Gadd has had a massive influence on all of us, to say the least. 🙂

Thank you for your kind words! Stick with the Vital Information part. Persistence is the key to success!

Thank you! An e-kit would be ideal for an apartment. Just sayin... :)

Hey man I hope you like them! They're not bad....better than the VH10 for sure.
Great playing👏 Well done👍
Awesome thank you!
Those were some tasty grooves!!!
Thank you! I had fun with those.....as a result I maybe went a bit too long for that video. :)

Can that Lemon Hi-Hat work with a Roland TD-6 Module

Nice! What VST are you using? Or is this actual sounds from your drum module...? Thanks!
No VST...just used what's in the TD27. I don't remember exactly which kit I used however.
@@thecreativedrummer5546 Cool. Thanks!
Are they compatible with the new Yamaha DTX pro module.

@@thecreativedrummer5546 I found out that they are not compatible with any Yamaha modules, thanks for responding.
