I'm 66 and encouraged to see these young guy working and learning how to work with their hands. My son is 32 and has been a master tech for about 6 or 7 years now and earns six figures! Certainly don't need a college education but do need ambition, math skills and ingenuity to make a good living in the automotive world. Computer knowledge certainly is helpful when tuning but like Brent says "it's just an air pump". Add fuel and spark at the right time...."Let's go".
Shawn, you need a bench grinder and you can sharpen bits by hand. I takes time to learn the trick but I can confidently make a bit cut down to 1/8. But I just buy those. Have to make sure your lead cut edge stays the highest point. If not, that's a bit that squeels and doesn't cut. The cut edge isn't digging. Look at a large bit's edge and use the side of the grinder. I like the flatter surface since Co workers beat the front edge up. One day I'll buy myself a drill doctor.
You know if you give Shaun a job it's gonna be done well. Wish I lived closer so I could have all my work done thru these guys because it would give me peace of mind no matter what was done.

Brent Is it possible to have your air intake temperature to cold and is it possible to run 2 intercoolers an air to air and then run an water to air could that work ?????
Dam what a mind screw that was sorry she broke buddy hope it get fixed without breaking the bank but I would think about a stronger valve springs my father had the same problem with a datsan pickup we put a turbo on it form some other car and after it was all said and done 3 heads,2 cams,a number of valve springs starting with stock and ended with more then what the can needs to keep it form floating then there came the rear end after a new stock one and one form some other car we put a mustang on it and then we started to move to bad the truck got old and we left it to rust right where it is sitting right now to this day have fun thanks for reading my little story and I hope it all works out for ya Emilio your a good dude
@Brent do you guys load the dyno to put the drivetrain under stress, like rowing all throughout the gears under full boost, it seems the sequentials are causing the problems not shifting which is making valves smack pistons.

Hey Shaun why don't you just sharpen your bits on a bench grinder. Your a really crafty person I know you can. I can see your finished work and it awesome. Just sharpen them up.

Try the new hyperstep drill bits from Kymbal Midwest, or Matco, they've stayed sharp for a long time and you don't even have to push hard on the drill
