Im lactose intolerant i used lactaid products. I still drink milkshakes, pizza, loaded baked potatoes and just throw back some lactaid tablets and keep going. I love food too much. They help with diarrhea, bloating and gas.

@Themoonsaballoon yes get them. Lactaid brand. They also have lactaid milk, sour cream, chocolate milk. And ice cream. And I buy everything. I can eat all the dairy I want and not poop myself into a coffin. can you imagine my tombstone? " she ate too much dairy may she rest in peace" lol
i heard fairlife makes their milk dairy free.. i also drink oatly oatmilk as i am not a fan of milk. but ooo fairlifes chocolate milk and protein shakes are delicious!!! i am lactose intolerant and i think i have IBS too LMAO -- thanks for this comment because i never heard of lactaid and i loooveee cheese, icecream, sour cream, etc!!
@fluttershypi yes and your welcome. Soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk are all delicious. And they even have vegan pizzas and other meals and things. Ice cream sandwiches made from coconut milk. And I recently found out they have dairy free chocolate it's usually dark chocolate but it's salted and has caramel and almonds. Mmmmm.

I do feel for you Tony - a strange weekend for sure. Have to say though, that I was laughing so much at the beach story and trying not to wake my hubby up (it was 4.45am here in UK) that the bed was shaking! I sympathise….been in that situation a few times myself! Now I know why we’re all Poopsies on here! 😉 Just been on Amazon to buy the enzymes recommended by lovely Christina. You’ll definitely need your holiday after that weekend - hope you and your partner have a fab time. Xxx 😘

I worked for Old Navy love this story. I was in the one in the Florida Mall. Worked there two years. I have been to Premium outlets nice outdoor mall. I moved out of Orlando back to NY. Love your videos ❤❤
