This is a great film. I think it needs a remake that should show Custer, Crazy Horse, and Sitting Bull because they are mentioned by Billy's father. Love the story, the characters, and the fights. The ending is a sad one, but some movies need a sad ending.
I refuse to watch Billy the Kid as a hero movies! Billy the Kid is the most Over-rated figure in the Old West! He didn't kill the 21 Men of Legend, he killed 8-9 and ALL of them were backshot, unarmed, or ambushed, sometimes a combination of all 3. He was a Cowardly Punk!
