Ukai is strictly coaching but Takeda is also a Japanese Literature teacher or sth. So even though he can't help with volleyball, he is the onlyone who meets the requirement of being a high school coach
It's a big disadvantage when you watch the dub. I never heard Oikawa's sub voice. I only watched sub for season 4, and he wasn't in it at all except for maybe 10 seconds.
