I heard you can take extra modules that are equivalent to the subjects of those you didn't do/meet the requirements for in high schools in order to study medicine then apply with those varsity marks with an average of +75%(aim higher though) to be considered,hope it helps

Get a (relevant) degree in something else and then join 2nd or 3rd year medicine.
