Nike Zoom Fly 3 Running Shoes Overview
The Zoom Fly 3 is as its name suggests, the 3rd release in Nike’s Zoom Fly series. It is similar to its predecessor in terms of a carbon fiber plate in the midsole. This gives it that extra stiffness preferred for every day running. Another common feature is React foam which is Nike’s dense cushioning material used to give it its characteristic bounce.
The main difference is in the upper. The Zoom Fly 3’s vaporweave upper is made from synthetic materials which make it more water resistant.
A narrow profile works to make the shoe more aerodynamic but the tradeoff is stability.
