Ford Ride London - Essex 100, May 2024; Tower Bridge finish

We drove to London from Bournemouth. We arrived in London just before 8am. Parked the car and cycled to the start line. It was really busy with thousands of cyclists taking part. Brilliant vibe throughout the route with lots of people cheering. It was a wet forecast but luckily we only experienced a drizzle. I saw a lot of injured people on the road side some being attended by the medical crew. I hope they are all alright.
