How about a 4-5 round "Double Ladder" workout with a 400m run and deadlift? Rd 1 - 400m under 1:15/1:20 immediately into a 455/365lb deadlift - down to Rd 5 - 400m under 1 minute into a 500/405lb deadlift. If athlete fails to meet the run time, they still do the deadlift as tie break. This type of workout would prove the point Rich was making about CrossFit athletes being faster than oly lifters AND stronger than running specialist.
Has Rich done much downhill mountain biking? Just curious if he has tested any of the other styles. The East coast has some amazing downhill courses to ride.
For the VIP access at the Games, we do need everyone to show their Mayhem Athlete profile. This is for ease of getting wrist bands on Mayhem athletes quickly and because we won't have the ability to quickly confirm all Mayhem Affiliates. So we would just have you sign up for the free month at check out and you can cancel before the 30 days is up and not be charged. Hopefully that helps to clarify
Your editing switching back and forth between rich and others is too fast and frequent. I noticed the last time a viewed and I was getting sick to my stomach. Or about to have a seizure because of the rapid movement back and forth. Why not just pan out where we can see you all at the same time ? It is like watching real fast tennis match where the players are on turbo back and forth 200 mph.
I’m getting a bit sick of variations and new movements for the sake of them. It would be nice to have at least some consistency between games and then it would allow comparison and games records.
Rich is uncancellable alright. When the mob rears its ugly head, he'll just go with the flow like he did when the mob came for Greg Glassman and Rich dumped him like a hot rock. Rich adopted the mob's hysterical view of Glassman's tweet with no hesitation. It's easy to be uncancellable when you're a tool.
