You have it right, Rahdo. You can engage any color you want unless you have upgraded your health. After first upgrade, may not engage green, after second health upgrade, may not engage green or yellow, etc.
Very clear explanation of the game!
Love the video man, you taught me how to play it! Im getting my copy next Tuesday :)
Any chance of a quick video using the threat track for solo play?
I've got a question: is the setup always the same for the game? ( in terms of where monsters appear and their type ). Does the game have a great replayability? Thanks!
TheGrooves we find the replayability is fine, because you always get different encounters, and the movement dice keep things fresh too
The challenges always appear in same locations, yes. But as rahdo said you will get different encounters.
hey Rahdo, is it true that in this game there is a variant in which the doom track is not needed to activate the final confrontation?
actually i should have mentioned in the vid, the doom track is a variant. using the default rules, you don't have it at all, and you just race to get to the end fastest.
there might be a different variant, but i don't know of it! :)
do you think you will do a play through of the new rune bound 3rd edition, maybe so whats new and different, or which edition you prefer
+Ryan Heckel i hope to give it a try
2nd ed is better
Great video. Very informative.
@24:23 "She dosent die, she gets knocked up."
5:00 cool idea but why is ranged shown as a helmet?
that is a good question! :)
Excellent video and super useful runthrough on a complex game where the rules aren't available elsewhere - thankyou so much!
I'd like to ask that you don't shake the cards you're presenting to the camera in future. Hugely disorientating, unexpected and uncomfortable to watch the text you're trying to focus on reading suddenly jump and blur back and forth.
Thanks for this!
that's kinda red panda, not racoon )))
it's a shame that i never growup with this kind of games =(
first time i see one besides pc xD
This shit's complicated
7+7+4=21?!
