@Slate674 it's just a annoying tactic, the only big issue I have with the game is sometimes when I die the game says the enemy has 100hp even tho I got 2-3 hit markers on them, maybe it's telling me the wrong number sometimes, but for the most part I know it's bad hit reg because of the net code, I feel jump and crouch spamming make that issue worse on top of it annoying me, that's why I feel it should be nerfed. As for aim assist being to good, I don't really agree with that, it seems just like games I have played in the past, I'm not insta locking on to people or anything, I definitely still have to aim
@@ethanwillis878 i sure felt the same thing when i only played controller, but knowing how tough it can be to consistently track someone on MNK makes the AA feel like a joke, all you need to do is silghtly shift the analog stick in the direction of the enemy and keep moving the left one, you dont need to keep up the same speed as they are moving and not even react when they do sudden movements, not to say that removing or nerfing movement just waters down the game, if yall want to walk and shoot there is still CS, most recent FPS games are trying to break away from the generic old gameplay and people still want to play them and complain about how annoying the movement system is, i dont get it, how enticing it is to walk, aim and shoot and do the same thing over and over

Exactly. This dude dislikes anything that would promote more people playing this game. If it were up to him, this game would have not made any changes and died a much swifter death. It's clear from these terrible takes that he constantly puts out, that he has no idea what he's talking about and he is a prime example of why devs shouldn't listen to people just because they have a high KD.

These changes are what's going to make this game great. The problem with air strafing is that it is abused heavilyyyy by cheaters. The vast majority of people I see doing it somehow continue BEAMING you from long range while doing it. Yeah you're cheating lol. You haven't played ranked yet, but even silver is flooded with this nonsense. Air strafing 24/7 and it just looks and feels absolutely ridiculous.
the bunny hopping was just out of control so this is actually a good thing look skill is one thing, I just don't want players to rely heavily on the "jump to win" button
😂 all of yall that think jumping around is good for the game clearly are the ones abusing it. It's not fun seeing 4 enemies all just jumping around for no fucking reason. Not even in a gun fight. The devs want the game to be about shooting. Jumping isn't movement. Also. Jumping is broken in the game. The on screen height for the person jumping is not the same for the height from the one observing you jumping. Screen barely moves for the person jumping however looking from the observer the distance traveled is greater. Resulting in easier shots for person jumping and harder shots for person observing. Also the net code and hit registration issues just make it worse
I am glad they are nerfing air strafing, I'm so sick of people basically flying around corners and getting crazy momentum from nowhere. And the wiggling in the air is also stupid, the engine can't even handle it so they are unfairly hard to hit.
i think i love the movement nerfs, as someone who spends like 8hr at school and then prepare for competitive exams, i don't get time to practice and play like sweats

+1 to this. When people are strafing and jump/crouch spamming, bullets do virtually no damage if any. They need to get the core mechanics working properly before bringing in advanced mechanics. Just look at what happened to the Devs of the out of ore game, their first attempt tried to introduce too much too fast and nobody wanted to play. Now they're doing it slowly and making sure things work as intended and people actually want to play again

This is the only logical comment I've seen. I love the crackhead movement in this game, but my eyes clearly see that my shots are going directly through the character models of people doing all the crazy movement tech. I even notice it when I start doing it. It's 100% a netcode issue.
as an average at best player i didn't mind getting killed when people air strafed, i knew they was just better at movement and i accepted it. But with bunny hopping and crouch spamming to win gunfights is where I had the problem with. They should keep air strafe as is and continue with the nerfs to jump/crouch spam.
This I can agree with. I don't have a problem with people air straffing. Never was annoyed when someone did it, as they're just using it to get away most of the time or just trying to move a little quicker (from my experience anyways) But we gotta wait for the update to come out, and see how it is

People complaining about something that's bad for the games longevity and majority of the player base (yes you are in the minority being mad about this) is not a skill issue. It's wanting a better game without cheesy exploits. If anything the people spamming spacebar in place and dumping their entire mag to get a single kill, has the skill issue. If you need to jump that often in a gun fight, you have a skill issue. Learn to aim bozo. You should be getting the kill before you even need to jump a third time. Aimlabs isn't expensive, go do it
That ranked update seems good. Mainly the skill and faction limit. Air strafing shouldnt be a thing. Period. Edit. This update sounds like an actual w. I dont see the issue. Btw, on mnk, you could (not sure of right now) triple strafe every single hop. You cant do that on controller. You can start swaying to a second direction but its nowhere as smooth and effective as mnk. So yeah, f air strafing. Absurd. That should be in games with things that allow you to actually air strafe. Example, Destiny or CoD advanced warfare.
I would say the main issue with movement is that it gives an unfair advantage to players who use scuf, or any control that has back paddles. You can tell when someone is using a scuf controller. The movement shouldn't be set up in a way that just buying a controller gives you an incredible edge against an average player that you wouldn't have without it.
Or just play claw? I hit legend, I’m top 50 in the world, and I just recently hit the world record for kills in TDM on xDefiant. Claw is king and anyone saying you NEED paddles is just outright wrong. You can either spend the money for paddles or adapt and use what you have. Stop with the excuses.

It's funny to hear people cry about this stuff. I drop 10-15+ killstreaks in the game REGULARLY and without any dumb movements. I use my brain with good map knowledge and smart gunfights to maximize my K/D. I'm also on a controller I feel people who do all the crazy movements are the same sweats that buy the modded controllers with the paddles on the bottom or have MnK that can do all the keybinds and crazy stuff. I'm a pure hard-core fan of shooters and don't need cheesy gimmicks to win gunfights. The more they nerf that garbage the better imo
One thing we do have even after the nerfs, is a guy who does listen to the player base and is willing to roll back on those changes. I think these changes sound drastic but until we see it, we won't know how much of an impact it'll make towards the gameplay
Air strafing was probably really hard for the server to keep track of where people actually were and probably is something that needs to be buffed again once the netcode gets improved I see these changes as them trying to make some timely fixes that can make the connection and everything just feel better in general because everybody’s expecting the netcode to be fixed in like a month or something and that’s just not gonna happen
Yall roast me if you want but I'll say it Xdefiant in my opinion after 70+ hrs, this game doesn't require much "skill". It's all about abusing what the game doesnt balance properly. Just use cleaners and any high damage or high rate of fire weapon and spam jump. Just hide behind the phantom barrier with a sniper rifle or just desperately try to head glitch everything. Just run around with spider bot and spam jump with shotgun. Just spam jump with the phantom character and use any weapon that gets you easy kills. The only character that can't be abused is the medic character. There's no such thing as a casual hero shooter in my opinion. I guess I'm getting old I miss the days when a shooter title was simple and all you had to deal with was a few sweats or a few losers camping.
I agree, the reason your doing bad is because your bad nothing is wrong with the game. The more time you put in the more you get out. I have gotten alot better from better. Can they do more/less yeah but no matter what people adapt
@Bullwinkle39 maybe for you but personally have no problem with it. TTK is actually really fast. Headsets mean everything, it's a game that rewards you for having good accuracy. I encourage you to test out recoil and all that in practice zone and look up videos on damage breakdown I promise it makes a difference

Lol, it's been time for this dude to pack it up with the Xdefiant vids. It's just been terrible take after terrible take. He did the same thing with BF 2042 and swore he was right and low and behold, he was wrong. Need to look no further than a guy like Enders to see exactly why. I think air strafing is an issue because jumping screws with your hit reg and the ability to change direction in air makes it even harder to adjust for shots. So you go from hitting body shots to leg shots and hit leg shots less often because you’re aiming where you believe they would be landing
I really hope they remove air strafing in general and buff the slide a bit. Honestly, the slide function is mostly overshadowed by the air strafing and only used mostly for getting from point A to B and thats it
Glad to see air strafings gone, its a joke, they should get rid of bunny hopping altogether. Ive been playing cod since 2007 and we never had all this bunny hopping bullshit like we have now and the game was great fun to play. I’m a sniper and this game has completely nerfed aggressive sniping. So I will play it with friends who want to play but I’m not doing solo anymore until snipers are buffed again. So ridiculous. This game was bringing me so much joy and fun before the sniper nerf. The flinch is way too much. I dont want to play like a bitch with the sniper. I want to play aggressive. Without that style of gameplay I’m out. Really thinking about buying bo6 now bc I want to snipe aggressively again.
Oh nooo the Immortal players that are unaffected by bad hit registration; pray upon the bad registration with their own personal network experience; indirectly gloat about what is and isn't a skill issue when they are being babied by the system are going from God-like to superman level. Cry me a river. The game can't sustain the kind of movement it has because connection is 80-90% of what matters in a gun fight. The worse the network stability the more small problems are emphasized exponentially. The big problems are game breaking. Fix.The.Servers/game. So I can put down bad players that movement spam and call it skill when I could be using aimbot and would only register 1/4 of my shots. Peace.

Cloud servers and aim assist. I'm mnk and I've seen other mnk users who have god awful aim and movement, but they are not gifted the all being "skill" of aim assist
Your video proves netcode is still bad. You have half the ping compared to most. 75% of people have a ping higher than 50. I'm on Starlink and my ping is usually 50-80. Game just doesn't balance the ping well. Lower ping means you win, it's that simple in XDF
@OzkanArac Yes, Starlink is the only option. I can get DSL, but the ping is the same and it's WAY slower. Starlink is very good actually. I'm very happy with it. Regularly 100mbs, and is best internet I've ever had, even when I lived in a city. I can get ping of 20-30 in most COD games. XDF is usually 50 or higher tho. PS5 with Cat6. Anything under 60 is good in my book. XDF servers just suck compared to COD unfortunately. Heck I can get a better ping playing Delta Force over wifi than I can playing XDF over Ethernet.
Not always, I generally have around a 20 ping and it feels like I'm on the bad end of lag comp again. I was recently wondering if people are using lag switches again
@@BRADASSOFFGRIDHOMESTEADping doesn’t matter in xDefiant. The way data transfers is the exact same in apex. It’s not like cod where ping does make a difference once you’re over 70. I use starlink myself and I always have 30 ping. The only issues I’ve found with starlink are the occasional disconnects since at the end of the day. It’s still satellite.
@@pubplays368 Ping for sure matters, the only time I've ever come out on top, my ping was under 30. It's directly correlated. Literally the ping dictates my placement in the leaderboard nearly every time. It it ping, or hops, etc I don't know. Ping is the only indicator we have...
If the snipers are gonna have this level of flinch, then at least buff the ADS/sprint out times to be just a little bit slower than marksman rifles. They're too slow to play the objective with. That, and let the default scope not count as an attachment. We could also use an increase to ADS movement speed across the board. The bunny hopping would calm down a lot.
The thing about the constant jumping you say its skill gap but in reality its who wants to pay for the elite controller with back paddles vs normal controllers

For anyone complaining about jump + crouch spam getting nerfed. They aren't getting nerfed in a sense that you can't no longer do it but rather they're getting nerfed in third person. By your pov you'll be doing the exact jump + crouch spam but from the opponent's pov it'll be a bit delayed and smoother in animation hence easier to hit someone who's spaming the geese out of this combo
I think it's too late. Most people left and probably arn't coming back. Some will be back at next season, and find it much better and stick around. There just isn't enough in the game to keep people engaged until the next season comes out. Too many other good games coming out in the next 6 months.
This game is now catering to the jiggle-macro, cronus using anti-recoil late night bastards. The only thing that can break that aim assist is the current movement. The full auto m16 cheats will be the last ones on after this.
This game would be good if it was released around 2013. The state of the game and the amount of content is not up to par for today’s standards. Why they chose to make an FPS game on an untested engine is beyond me.
I don't mind someone "air strafing" in ONE direction... but someone air strafing while CHANGING DIRECTIONS MID-AIR is BS and should not be a feature, period. If it does remain a feature, then might as well add jetpacks because I don't see how that would be possible without them.

Man I'm 40 and solo queue, these nerfs have me worried too. I think that if you're good enough to fluidly implement all the movements in a skillful / deliberate way, the power and scales should be tipped towards you. You earned it. I'd rather them add in a full time "casual" playlist that had SBMM in it for the folks who just can't get better. Which by the sounds of it is too many have been protected by SBMM for too long. In the end the game will become something no one wants to play because the community had too much say. Just my 2 cents.
Luckily I don’t think the nerf will be that insane. But I agree, some of these players need a SBMM playlist, and even in those playlists they will still have to deal with movement players, especially in BO6😂

Hey Man I was just editing my video of me going 56-9 on TDM and I will be uploading eventually but that is NOT why I am here. I was actually wondering what you edit on because I used Davinci Resolve and the playback is very laggy. If you do NOT use Davinci Resolve that is fine then I have another question. What settings do you use to render your video? This looks cleaner than my 4k video and I feel it is something on my end.
Definitely settings on your end. I use davinci resolve 18.6 for all of my projects and the playback is flawless 98% of the time. Davinci is also very resource intensive so if you have a cheaper end PC it’s harder for the program to render projects.
We have to try to judge that’s for sure. I like the movement as it is but I understand the need of a nerf. I think that the air strafe nerf can be a good thing to make gunfights more clear. I just don’t like the aim sway. They should just add more fatigue so that after the third jump you are, more or less, standing still. If I just accidentally press the jump button more than it is allow I get heavily punished so that I can do anything for a few second. I think that’s not a good design decision but that’s just my opinion. They can just make the excessive spam (more than 3) not effective

Jumping is what makes it shine!! What bollox 😂 most peeps are not grinding the game, we have lives and jobs. We just want to get on for a couple of hours and play a shooting game not get killed over and over by jumpers. The reason me and my mates stopped playing it.
I do get the nerf. It doesnt bother me so much but I think it puts the more casual players off because gunfights are hard to win when everyone is bunny hopping in every one.
Personally, this upcoming patch doesn't seem too bad. I personally think the movement is still gonna be smooth and quick. Just trying to add some skill but with a little bit of balance for the casuals. I don't honestly do more than 1 or 2 for b-hop or crouch, the air strafe nerf is really against the movement gods that are coming from Cod. I think this patch is gonna be ok.

Love it! The nerf was absolutely needed. Players with expensive controllers had a stupid advantage! This need to be done. Hopping is not a skill in a gun battle. It should be a certain death. Not talent to hop around the map.

These changes are what's going to make this game great. The problem with air strafing is that it is abused heavilyyyy by cheaters. The vast majority of people I see doing it somehow continue BEAMING you from long range while doing it. Yeah you're cheating lol. You haven't played ranked yet, but even silver is flooded with this nonsense. Air strafing 24/7 and it just looks and feels absolutely ridiculous.

The on screen height for the person jumping is not the same for the height from the one observing you jumping. Screen barely moves for the person jumping however looking from the observer the distance traveled is greater. Resulting in easier shots for person jumping and harder shots for person observing. Also the net code and hit registration issues just make it worse

I am glad they are nerfing air strafing, I'm so sick of people basically flying around corners and getting crazy momentum from nowhere. And the wiggling in the air is also stupid, the engine can't even handle it so they are unfairly hard to hit.

I enjoy the air strafe. I play xdefiant maybe 3 hours a week. Maybe game in general 8 hours a week in a good week.
The movement needs to be nerfed until they get hit reg in a better place. Then bring it back 100%
+1 to this. When people are strafing and jump/crouch spamming, bullets do virtually no damage if any. They need to get the core mechanics working properly before bringing in advanced mechanics. Just look at what happened to the Devs of the out of ore game, their first attempt tried to introduce too much too fast and nobody wanted to play. Now they're doing it slowly and making sure things work as intended and people actually want to play again

as an average at best player i didn't mind getting killed when people air strafed, i knew they was just better at movement and i accepted it. But with bunny hopping and crouch spamming to win gunfights is where I had the problem with. They should keep air strafe as is and continue with the nerfs to jump/crouch spam.
This I can agree with. I don't have a problem with people air straffing. Never was annoyed when someone did it, as they're just using it to get away most of the time or just trying to move a little quicker (from my experience anyways)

If you need to jump that often in a gun fight, you have a skill issue. Learn to aim bozo. You should be getting the kill before you even need to jump a third time. Aimlabs isn't expensive, go do it

Btw, on mnk, you could (not sure of right now) triple strafe every single hop. You cant do that on controller. You can start swaying to a second direction but its nowhere as smooth and effective as mnk. So yeah, f air strafing. Absurd. That should be in games with things that allow you to actually air strafe. Example, Destiny or CoD advanced warfare.
I would say the main issue with movement is that it gives an unfair advantage to players who use scuf, or any control that has back paddles. You can tell when someone is using a scuf controller. The movement shouldn't be set up in a way that just buying a controller gives you an incredible edge against an average player that you wouldn't have without it.
I feel this, but I’ve always had decent movement and I’ve never owned a scuff. Try changing button layouts to better benefit you.
Or just play claw? I hit legend, I’m top 50 in the world, and I just recently hit the world record for kills in TDM on xDefiant. Claw is king and anyone saying you NEED paddles is just outright wrong. You can either spend the money for paddles or adapt and use what you have. Stop with the excuses.

It's funny to hear people cry about this stuff. I drop 10-15+ killstreaks in the game REGULARLY and without any dumb movements. I use my brain with good map knowledge and smart gunfights to maximize my K/D. I'm also on a controller I feel people who do all the crazy movements are the same sweats that buy the modded controllers with the paddles on the bottom or have MnK that can do all the keybinds and crazy stuff. I'm a pure hard-core fan of shooters and don't need cheesy gimmicks to win gunfights. The more they nerf that garbage the better imo
One thing we do have even after the nerfs, is a guy who does listen to the player base and is willing to roll back on those changes. I think these changes sound drastic but until we see it, we won't know how much of an impact it'll make towards the gameplay
I think the only thing they should change about the movement is the airstrafing this should be removed otherwise the movement is fine.
Air strafing was probably really hard for the server to keep track of where people actually were and probably is something that needs to be buffed again once the netcode gets improved
I see these changes as them trying to make some timely fixes that can make the connection and everything just feel better in general because everybody’s expecting the netcode to be fixed in like a month or something and that’s just not gonna happen

Yall roast me if you want but I'll say it Xdefiant in my opinion after 70+ hrs, this game doesn't require much "skill". It's all about abusing what the game doesnt balance properly. Just use cleaners and any high damage or high rate of fire weapon and spam jump. Just hide behind the phantom barrier with a sniper rifle or just desperately try to head glitch everything. Just run around with spider bot and spam jump with shotgun. Just spam jump with the phantom character and use any weapon that gets you easy kills. The only character that can't be abused is the medic character. There's no such thing as a casual hero shooter in my opinion. I guess I'm getting old I miss the days when a shooter title was simple and all you had to deal with was a few sweats or a few losers camping.
I agree, the reason your doing bad is because your bad nothing is wrong with the game. The more time you put in the more you get out. I have gotten alot better from better. Can they do more/less yeah but no matter what people adapt

@Bullwinkle39 maybe for you but personally have no problem with it. TTK is actually really fast. Headsets mean everything, it's a game that rewards you for having good accuracy. I encourage you to test out recoil and all that in practice zone and look up videos on damage breakdown I promise it makes a difference

I think air strafing is an issue because jumping screws with your hit reg and the ability to change direction in air makes it even harder to adjust for shots. So you go from hitting body shots to leg shots and hit leg shots less often because you’re aiming where you believe they would be landing
I really hope they remove air strafing in general and buff the slide a bit. Honestly, the slide function is mostly overshadowed by the air strafing and only used mostly for getting from point A to B and thats it

I’m a sniper and this game has completely nerfed aggressive sniping. So I will play it with friends who want to play but I’m not doing solo anymore until snipers are buffed again. So ridiculous. This game was bringing me so much joy and fun before the sniper nerf. The flinch is way too much. I dont want to play like a bitch with the sniper. I want to play aggressive. Without that style of gameplay I’m out. Really thinking about buying bo6 now bc I want to snipe aggressively again.

Your video proves netcode is still bad. You have half the ping compared to most. 75% of people have a ping higher than 50. I'm on Starlink and my ping is usually 50-80. Game just doesn't balance the ping well. Lower ping means you win, it's that simple in XDF
@OzkanArac Yes, Starlink is the only option. I can get DSL, but the ping is the same and it's WAY slower. Starlink is very good actually. I'm very happy with it. Regularly 100mbs, and is best internet I've ever had, even when I lived in a city. I can get ping of 20-30 in most COD games. XDF is usually 50 or higher tho. PS5 with Cat6. Anything under 60 is good in my book. XDF servers just suck compared to COD unfortunately. Heck I can get a better ping playing Delta Force over wifi than I can playing XDF over Ethernet.
Not always, I generally have around a 20 ping and it feels like I'm on the bad end of lag comp again. I was recently wondering if people are using lag switches again
@OzkanArac I don't have a problem winning matches in COD, however XDF I've only won a handful of matches. PING is KING in XDF.

I use starlink myself and I always have 30 ping. The only issues I’ve found with starlink are the occasional disconnects since at the end of the day. It’s still satellite.

The main issue is not the bunny hopping. It is the Macro losers and hit registration messing up due to the bunny hopping
If the snipers are gonna have this level of flinch, then at least buff the ADS/sprint out times to be just a little bit slower than marksman rifles. They're too slow to play the objective with. That, and let the default scope not count as an attachment.
We could also use an increase to ADS movement speed across the board. The bunny hopping would calm down a lot.

For anyone complaining about jump + crouch spam getting nerfed. They aren't getting nerfed in a sense that you can't no longer do it but rather they're getting nerfed in third person. By your pov you'll be doing the exact jump + crouch spam but from the opponent's pov it'll be a bit delayed and smoother in animation hence easier to hit someone who's spaming the geese out of this combo
Movement change for good . Now people who don't own custom controller won't be disadvantaged

I think it's too late. Most people left and probably arn't coming back. Some will be back at next season, and find it much better and stick around. There just isn't enough in the game to keep people engaged until the next season comes out. Too many other good games coming out in the next 6 months.
This game is now catering to the jiggle-macro, cronus using anti-recoil late night bastards. The only thing that can break that aim assist is the current movement. The full auto m16 cheats will be the last ones on after this.
This game would be good if it was released around 2013. The state of the game and the amount of content is not up to par for today’s standards. Why they chose to make an FPS game on an untested engine is beyond me.

Man I'm 40 and solo queue, these nerfs have me worried too.
I think that if you're good enough to fluidly implement all the movements in a skillful / deliberate way, the power and scales should be tipped towards you. You earned it.
I'd rather them add in a full time "casual" playlist that had SBMM in it for the folks who just can't get better. Which by the sounds of it is too many have been protected by SBMM for too long.
In the end the game will become something no one wants to play because the community had too much say.

Luckily I don’t think the nerf will be that insane. But I agree, some of these players need a SBMM playlist, and even in those playlists they will still have to deal with movement players, especially in BO6😂

Hey Man I was just editing my video of me going 56-9 on TDM and I will be uploading eventually but that is NOT why I am here. I was actually wondering what you edit on because I used Davinci Resolve and the playback is very laggy. If you do NOT use Davinci Resolve that is fine then I have another question. What settings do you use to render your video? This looks cleaner than my 4k video and I feel it is something on my end.
Definitely settings on your end. I use davinci resolve 18.6 for all of my projects and the playback is flawless 98% of the time. Davinci is also very resource intensive so if you have a cheaper end PC it’s harder for the program to render projects.

I think that the air strafe nerf can be a good thing to make gunfights more clear.
I just don’t like the aim sway. They should just add more fatigue so that after the third jump you are, more or less, standing still. If I just accidentally press the jump button more than it is allow I get heavily punished so that I can do anything for a few second. I think that’s not a good design decision but that’s just my opinion. They can just make the excessive spam (more than 3) not effective

Personally, this upcoming patch doesn't seem too bad. I personally think the movement is still gonna be smooth and quick. Just trying to add some skill but with a little bit of balance for the casuals. I don't honestly do more than 1 or 2 for b-hop or crouch, the air strafe nerf is really against the movement gods that are coming from Cod. I think this patch is gonna be ok.
Bunny hopping takes no skill same with slide canceling

This patch will be good, prioritize accuracy and strategy over crackhead movement. Say what you want, this kind of movement meta has always looked ridiculous.

Ranked still has a long way to go but overall a w. Still want a phantom hp nerf. Also we need certain guns banned in ranked as well maybe attachments too.
Finally, something palpable... this Will be good for the game longevity, cause people won't leave a great game because a simple idiot mechanic... we're not playing Super Mario

Love it! The nerf was absolutely needed. Players with expensive controllers had a stupid advantage! This need to be done. Hopping is not a skill in a gun battle. It should be a certain death. Not talent to hop around the map.
Movement is in good place. Dont change anything! If they just nerf me an easy target for people who can't shoot straight. I'll be pist. Reddit will be rampaging.
Honestly, it's because of the players if you want to be honest the players complain way too much and then, when they complain too much they do things like this. We as gamers as well. Complain about every single little detail of every single game in existence, not only extified. Okay, complain about. I lost count. I dont mind the air strafing just get better.. if you got 2 people on you and you know how to air strafe it betters your chances of winning the 1v2
