From The Simpsons episode "Bart Gets an F" (S02E01), captured from Channel 4 on January 15, 2023.
Another instance of the late 1994 TTV logo appearing on the Simpsons is on this episode, but this time the logo is in PAL pitch rather than NTSC.
And yes, as said on the S01E08 upload, this theme did debut in 1994, on the X Files.
