This should be in the trending but alas today's society they don't want to hear about this, they want to see drama, bs stuff even cats are more trending than this. This is Sad.
The 1st and 2nd amendment must stand untouched for our great country to allow it's citizens to be born free and remain free forever. STAND UP AMERICA AGAINST COMMUNIST DEMOCRATS AND SAVE AMERICA
You do realize that the first amendment can involve people who disagree with you, right? Your orange buddy tried his best to suppress the first amendment by threatening media outlets and riling up crowds.
They’ve both been thoroughly molested and hang by thread. The bills of rights have been, so eroded by government overreach that politicians don’t even try to hide waging war against them anymore. In fact politicians even make those very same promises on the campaign trail to get elected. Each one standing upon their corporate funded podium boasting, bragging, and swearing how if elected they will trash and destroy whatever rights they don’t like or feel the citizenry should have. Meanwhile half the populace thinks the bill of rights are list of government privileges instead of inalienable rights. Now that the media has fueled a trend in domestic terrorism the nation is once again waging war against their own rights and liberties because of the bad guys deeds. Which is something no free nation should ever do. Even as we speak the governments deludedly trying to create more gun grabbing laws of ignorances by fathering laws based upon assumptions and what ifs to strip the rights from people without any evidence of wrongdoing. This is not how the law supposed to work. It’s not how the constitution is supposed to work, and it’s not how the government is supposed to work. A lot citizens will be completely criminalized and branded as criminals if such laws are allowed to stain reality. We are well beyond the realm of government gone too far. The bill of rights are no longer stopping government overreach.
The video is incorrect that the Bill of Rights contain "civil rights". It does not. The Bill of Rights enumerate God-Given rights that the government may not impede under any circumstances. On the other hand, "civil rights" are invented by government within laws passed, that can just as easily be taken away by future laws.
The 2nd amendment also states the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Do remember if you want this right gone do you believe the federal government will stop at the one?
@@ModernCowboy78 let's throw the conscientious objector clause back in. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed. *but no person religiously scrupulous of bearing arms shall be compelled to render military service in person* The entire amendment is in reference to defense of the state. They removed that last part as the second amendment, as originally written, said that when faith and the state required opposite actions from an individual, faith trumps government. That wasn't acceptable. They did not want people to be able to refuse the call to arms by the state. Ultimately, the conscientious objector clause went down to defeat. The implication was that the state could, if it so chose, compel military service - even for those who might have religious scruples against serving. In deleting the clause, the framers came down in favor of the power of the state, and against the rights of the individual.

Rights aren't rights if someone can take them away. They are more like privileges.
The right until it’s inconvenient to those in power.
Never been up to them to uphold it's for the people to keep and uphold government to it it's alive breath on it
school house rock material!
Ty
Thank you!
Rights are God given. No one can take away what God gives us. Even if people take them away, God still gives those rights.
Greatest political document

It is tragic that federalism was delivered a mortal wound at Appomattox. Patrick Henry was right.
Without the bill of rights, how would the US be today? If the dems have their way, we might find out soon.
Well, we wouldn't have to put up with annoying republicans who don't understand the history of the country they claim to love, that's for sure.
Let's be clear here. The 2nd amendment is about states raising militia for the defense of the state.
Troll detected.
@@HTJ733 naw... Just read the 2nd amendment.
Then why did they only codify the right of the people to own and bear arms?
The 2nd amendment also states the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. Do remember if you want this right gone do you believe the federal government will stop at the one?
