Minnesota Highway Patrol, I like which I remember these when I grew up in Minnesota. Days when police agencies had mostly cars in their fleet nationwide. Nice to see these older police cruisers. Thank you for sharing! 👍🙂
@MCpl. Geister - aren't they *awesome!* The sirens from the 1930s-40s are my favourite, followed by the 50s and 60s. With the 30s ones, you can really imagine a full-on police chase with a few Fedora'd gangsters - old sirens going and Thompson machine-guns blazing!
Those Michigan State Police cars at 2:22 (LOL @ Mustang of that era) and 2:58, though not having loud sirens and super-flashy lights, were still easy to identify being the only ones with side stop lights on the hood.
"All units be advised set up a roadblock across the state line there is a brigade of large armored SUVs rolling across the boarder send me everything you've got'' Let mustang interceptors run ahead and set up a rolling roadblock while normal cruisers swerve to block them in at the back

As always, extreme overkill on the over done lights on every single car (wig wags weren't common place until the 80s, rarely seen on older era cars or trucks), and EVERY SINGLE siren blasting from start to finish. I find myself hating these emergency vehicle parades because of the tricked out cars and over-use of the sirens. These cars are otherwise beautiful and I love to see them, but the loud noisemakers and over doing the lights ruins these cars.

I love all the older police cars, they are so sexy.
Anybody know which brand calculator this was filmed with?
Muito legal ! Fantastic USA !!
Lights and Sirens Parade, yet the cruiser at 2:25 didn't even have its headlights illuminated, never mind the lightbar.
5:10 Look, Ma, it's the Blues Brothers!
Been nice to have your camera focused
NO ITS NOT This was shot on a VHS C camcorder. This is what SD looked liked..
.
ONLY in USA could you get away with owning a fully loaded & working emergency vehicle ;-)
That was cool. Those old police cars are mint condition, a lot of work must have been done on them.
I am disapointed that the ECTO-1 wasn't there
That's not a real vehicle. It's just a made up name for the ghost busters movie. But.... I like the siren noise it makes
@@superfanb5742 but they had at least 4 bluesmoblies in it...
Are these still being held as of 2022?
Yea
I love green lights on firetrucks!
