What a nice, logical & modest speaking of Prof S. Khan !
It is excellent discussion,from University Grants commission many suggestion omission commission etc will be present.Less qualified Professors are also included in Public & private Universities.A few suggestions are requested to follow 1.Each department syllabus must should be upgrade to international standard because,I have seen graduate students has to valuate his/her degree,university authority ask those students to do such credits for qualify his her/degree. 2.In science more instruments & research work should bee allowed to participate
graduate students, 3.Professors must be devoted to teach & prepare lesion with copies must be distributed among students 4.UCG must appoint a neutral committee for each college & universities to send each Professors for evaluation of their merits,whether he/she is competent for that post a report must be submitted to the chairman of the neutral committee.
5.End of the semester each department students must valuate his/her students about their lectures. 6.Each Public & Private Universities & colleges must recruit on vacation or leave of absence,to cover by short list or waiting professors to fill up the gap not to interrupt students studies.6.Professors politics in University campus must be banned.
