Sir very worst seller support on Flipkart. I onboarded on Flipkart before 3 months and also getting order but no one come for pickup my order. I raised almost 16 ticket but still no solution. Amazon is best in this because they allow us to self ship.

@@kautukagrawal3603 Flipkart allotted my courier in ekart and they denied to pickup because my area not serviceable by ekart. When I asked this thing to Flipkart then they asked your area is serviceable by ekart. They make us nothing else. Ekart person asked me to ask the support team to transfer in 3PL but Flipkart denied it because the my area is seen as serviceable by ekart.

Flipkart pe jo fake orders aate they wo RTO hote they pehle, abhi Flipkart ne cancellation upto 24 hours ka rule laga diya hai, to ab wo fake orders Customer Returns banke aate hain, damaged condition mein. Aur SPF bhi abhi kisi kaam ka nahi raha. Humaare bahut saare products damaged condition mein, fate huye, bina tag ke, bina packaging ke wapas aaye hain, but SPF mein kehte hain ki "During our detailed inspection no issues were found". Ye kehke Claim disapprove kar dete hain. So, SPF abhi Seller Punishment Fund ban chuka hai. Asie mein low-priced products Flipkart par sell karne ka matlab hai apne business ke janaaze ko khud bulaawa dena. It's a HUGE RISK now.
Agar return nahi aate hain to theek hai, but agar return aa gaye, MOQ ya waise bhi, then it's loss and loss all the way.
